  1. Let me show you a concrete example(audited in June 2020) how a Malaysian Chinese extended family has been using feng shui to enhance family prosperity & success for more than 5 generations.
  2.  The great grandchildren spread throughout the world with success, yet the power of their successes could be traced to Mount Erskine, Penang; where the first Chinese tomb within this cemetery dates back to 1795.

  4. However, the case I would like to share here is not the first tomb(1795), but the most brilliant white shining one located in the middle of the hill,  where you could easily see and identify from the roadside. It is very outstanding.
  5. Courteously, we will not disclose the identity of this extended family while we learn the hidden formula from their successes & prosperities; generation after generation.
  6. The patriarch of this tomb was born in 1885 and passed away (77 years old) in 1962.
  7. The matriarch was born in 1895 and passed away(70 years old) in 1965.
  8. Meaning to say, the tombs were constructed & completed  in the mid of 1960-s.
  9. The land of this tomb(double pax) was bought much earlier normally in those days, presumably bought in 1940-50s.
  10. It required strong, respected & influential background at that time in order to purchase such a good and huge coverage of land(although not as commercial as today).
  11. By year 2020, the tombs have been there for 55 years, a time frame for approx. another 2 or 3 generations ( 25 -30 years to represent 1 generation).

  13. The patriarch and matriarch passed away at the age of 77 & 70 respectively with many grandchildren then.  Hence, the family should be at the 5th generation if not the 6th generation by NOW.
  14. From my fieldwork experience, a normal tomb would be monitored / maintained by the 1st generation (sons) & some could be managed by the  2nd generation(getting fewer to do so).
  15. Hence, it is very common to see tombs in bad condition after 1 generation(20-30 years).
  16. Sadly but truly for Malaysia Chinese community as filial piety is  no longer being upheld after undergone so called “modernization & westernization”.

  19. It simply means that the extended family is doing perfectly good and prosperous.

Penang Kek Lok Si Temple Dragon Formation 1

Kek Lok Si Temple 极乐寺 is the largest Buddhist temple in Malaysia 马来西亚, and is also an important pilgrimage centre for Buddhists from Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore and other countries in Southeast Asia 东南亚. The entire complex of temples was built over a period from 1889–1930. 槟城极乐寺是东南亚最大的汉传佛教寺院。

大马华人种生基？还是中计？

为什么大马现有的全国几千座上两百年华人义山坟场（非商业化）是优良的风水宝地？

因为华人来马来亚上200年、二战之前、独立之后所有成功的华人商人和政治人物，他们的祖先都是安葬于华人义山。包括2008年之后上台的反对党阵营的华裔政治人物；大马2家华人银行 Public Bank 和 Hong Leong Bank 的祖先都是安葬于马来亚半岛之华人义山。大马独立57年，所有成功的商人的祖先都是安葬于华人传统义山。

反之，马来西亚商业化种生基开始于1990年代。20年过去，请问那个种生基的家庭后人的成就超越以上义山的后人？ 有吗？ 答案是非常否定的”没有”。  

这些商业化生基与华人传统义山坟地是：

  1. 商业化生基，必须先投资5位数马币才能安葬于商业化坟场；其后人发不发达还没有证据显示！

  2. 华人传统义山，只须几百马币就可享有义山风水；其后人发达和取得卓越成功，都已经写入马来西亚华人奋斗成功历史中，可以看到诸多成功人物都是华人义山之后人。 

讽刺的，经实地考察，许多基督教/天主教的坟场（大多是英殖民时期政府规划遗留）之地理风水，远远的比现代商业化的风水品质好许多。这也揭示为何若干数目的大马成功华人不少也是基督徒/天主教徒…. 可见风水是不受信仰区别而改变；而是您个人的修为造化。

 义山里存在的风水问题，如风向，地纹、水纹，来水、去水、先天水、后天水、破先后天水，优厄地理等；一样在商业生基山庄里发生。理由是2处既然是山水地理，自然逃不出风水的阴阳、四象；即是好坏和富贵贫贱。

不管是华人义山还是商业化墓地，只要是有山、水、地、风；就有风水的好坏。不是你付钱之后，就可以幸免。

为何他们后代安葬在商业山庄墓地，号称百万“福地”之后，其后裔家运没改善反而下滑？

残酷的事实已经告诉你真相，有智慧的人已经明白。

如果商业化山庄墓地像其宣传那么神奇，那为何许多后代越来越不如死者而没落呢？

为何”种生基”不能种在坟场呢？为何周边死寂而阴气重的坟墓让你所谓的“种生基”不但失效而且给你带来更加恶劣的衰运？

人之所以走衰运，就是因为家运+个人运气已经变成阴气太重而使然。你看看大马赌王林梧桐如何种生基而发达。但是各位别忘记，赌王从来不到阴气重的坟场去搞生基，而是下重金请地理师到不为人知的山里寻龙点穴。赌王林梧桐搞的生基，不是你听到那严重受到商业活动扭曲的”赌王生基” 。你在云顶半山看到也不是”真命天子”生基，那不过是“烟雾”而已….. 

若是赌王林梧桐也如一般人到 阴气重的坟场里搞生基，那大马历史里就不存在这位赌王林梧桐…… 

中国澳门赌王何鸿燊也是靠生基。然而，他的生基是在坟场里吗？当然不是。请您自己上网查一查 就知道真相。

2个赌王的真正生基是在一个人独霸占有整座山峦。面积不下于200-500个现在足球场。 

至于于清朝皇帝的生基，那根本不是一般百姓可“玩得起”。那种当时动用全国各地风水精英的规划；面积是3000个现在足球场以上。两个赌王也没这种能力，更何况小小的中产阶级呢…..

马来西亚华人一般不理解，也不知道清朝皇家历史来龙去脉，更别说帝皇风水生基了。据于马华裔对真正的生基风水的无知，大马商业风水师就看准他们对自己历史的无知，就断章取义，颠倒龙凤，乱指平庸之地为凤凰宝地，胡扯龙尾为龙头；将古时之帝皇风水与所推销的那小小方寸之地，同等化而达到迷惑众人的目的。可见当商业“利益”当前；他可以不考虑你将受周边地下死人阴气对你自己和家人的影响。

这一点，你可以轻易的从全马来西亚各商业化坟地的山庄庄主，大搞坟场活动工作人员（包括地理师)的面相气色看得出来。一般都显得特别“死人气色”。 这也是地理行业说的； 你吃什么样的气，就长什么样的气色….. 

若坟场工作人员的气色因日月受阴气薰陶而趋向“死人脸色”；那么请问你24小时密封而埋放在那坟场墓地里的头发呀，指甲呀，衣服呀会是什么后果……请用您逻辑头脑想一想。答案就自然出现。

真相是：生基绝对不是在种于满地都是埋着棺材、死尸的坟场里去搞….. 那是误区。

如果你去坟场搞改运，那不叫生基。那叫“中计”。 

所有内行的地理师都明白这道理。你可以自己上网查一查，问一问。现在网络流行，您可以请教国内海外不同地理风水师的意见。

那为何在马莱西亚有一小部分自称地理师专门搞坟场种生基？

答案只有几个：

  1. 内行地理风水师，但是见利忘义，出卖“良心”，不惜典当自己的阴德。

  2. 外行的风水业者，冒充地理师，为了酬金，胡言乱语，颠倒黑白，让你中计把你埋（卖）入地狱去。

  3. 华人流失传统价值观和对自己文化知识的无知；任凭商业化风水师误导也不知，只能说因为大众没智慧，才让虎狼（风水）之师混水摸鱼，乘大马华人自2013大选迷失而打劫，鱼肉自己的同胞；堪称“汉奸风水师。

为何山庄和其种生基风水师傅不告诉你“没生大病，不种生基”、“没走衰运，不靠生基”、“没逢死路，毛发不下生基 ”？

就是不告诉你，让无知的你送上门来任由别人摆布。如果告诉你以后，你那还会自愿的、无知的、“赶死队般”的自己上门来买洞然后自己再跳下去呢？

为何绝大多数大马过去的顶级成功华商所受之祖辈阴宅风水阴庇，都是来自“非商业化”的华人义山呢？

这个答案牵涉大山大水，大风水理论；需另加解说清楚，无法三言两语交待。

在等待下篇文章之时，我给各位读者介绍明末清初地理风水“明师”刘若谷的著作，以正视听。

 （6）浑穆端严，方成大器；歪斜直硬，悉是空图。
龙脉要雄浑、肃穆、庄严，才能成为大结作，如果歪头斜脚，体态不正，再加上直迫顽硬，是没有结作的。
（7）胎息在于隈藏，星辰间而突起。
       行龙将结穴的时候，都象女人怀胎的情状，分明隆显。但必须砂手左右上下抱绕，隈藏不露。但到头的穴星都要突起高大，切忌矮小凹陷。
（8）阴阳动静，两者贵乎兼施；虚实刚柔，各处求其相济。
        一起一伏，一抓一放，都要平和匀称，切忌一面失衡。至于落凹或起凸，一软一硬，都要互相补充。
（9）不知其子观其父，不识其主观其奴。
有时龙脉分支铺张，千头万绪，纷繁复杂，很难辨别哪里是正结，这就要看它的主星在哪里。哪里有主星呵护盖照，哪里就是正结。如果主星不分明清楚，就要看周围的砂水如何，如果四山拱照，万水归堂，为我服务之处，便是大结作之所。
（10）前呼后拥，定为贵胄之儿；反背侧身，只是他人之仆。
一般前呼后拥的山脉为龙，反背侧身的山脉是砂。如果得星辰层层簇拥而来，峰峦叠叠朝迎而至的地方，皆有大结作，故喻为贵胄之儿。如果似人形侧卧，自身抱绕别处山脉，即为他山之砂，故喻为他人之仆。

大马华裔种生基的潜伏危机

由于自从马来西亚全国大选2013年5月05日以来，马来西亚华裔社会因为倒55年执政党功亏一篑，功败垂成；造成自1957年独立以来，第二次华人社会(第一次发生于1969年种族大冲突之后)在朝无华人代表而诚惶诚恐、担惊受怕、触目惊心等。虽然外人不能轻易看出来，然而这是大马华人社会2013年5月05日至今的心理写照。

     基于在政治上，2013年5月05日象征马华裔是56年第一次不留退路，破釜沉舟，孤注一掷，97%华人将手中投给反对阵营Pakatan Rakyat. 然而切功败垂成，被依然执政的56年当权执政党标签为“背信弃义而加于无形的秋后算账。这就是2013-2014年大马华裔社会心灵不安的其一导引。

在政治上寻求突破但失败之后，华人商家看准心灵空虚的商机，大搞误导性的宣传，鼓吹在坟场种生基改命运；号称：“福地”、“龙穴”、“生基” 、“种生基改运”等等许多假借名堂误导正处于十字路口迷茫的大马华人社会。可悲的是，这种危害大马华人社会的歪风迷信背后的推手切是华人同胞自己。

在本族群迷茫不知去向时候，道义放两旁，利益摆中间之下；我们看到许多商家采用多层次传销路线广超销售员，再收买几个见利忘义，埋没良知、一知半解的“种生基师傅”一同狼狈为奸、指鹿为马、指蛇为龙、指豺狼为麒麟、颠倒是非、黑白不分；而加速华人社会直线下滑消耗家族福报。此举乃为了买卖“死人地”之回酬金，不顾族群道义之不仁不义所为。

      以上所述之以假“福地”残害大马华族长期福报和陷害家族运势如下；玩弄族人对风水地理知识的严重缺乏，

  1. 销售策略冒着“福地”之名，实际上只是卖一块普通“墓地”而达到敛财的目的。

  2. 真正的“福地”是宏伟的真龙确地，气象万千，占面积10个现代足球场以上（请看上图：气象万千）；绝对不可能有如销售的那小形的几方英尺之普通“墓地”。

  3. 种生基是在真龙真穴位上，一般大自然结作一个中档次以上之龙穴，起码所需要的左青龙、右白虎、前朱雀、后玄武承托面积不在10个足球场以下。这也意味这除了点在龙穴上的一小块地以外，其他就算在10个足球场之内也不是“福地”。充其量不过是承托别人而已，犹如皇帝只有一个（福地龙穴）而围绕周边的就是小太监、宫女和后宫佳丽。

  4. 前面附上一张本人在中国给福主寻龙点穴，耗时数日，为福主寻找真正的福地。这条龙属于中等档次，但是其涵盖面远远超过２００两百个以上足球场。估计上三百个足球场的涵盖面才成就一个龙穴。其他都是龙穴的侍从而已。

  5. 可见，就算福地龙穴在你眼前，你如果福报不大，也与你无缘绝缘 。做不成上等人，反而因假风水而造成一族运势的没落。

  6. 玩弄专业地理风水术语如，福地、龙位、龙脉、龙穴、生基、种生基等之方便来炒作；事实上不过是卖一块“墓地”而已。

  7. 福地的由来是随福报而来；现在却被扭曲成多层次传销卖“福地”。假借“风水宝地”之名，蒙骗迷茫的大马华社特别是乐龄人士；提供虚假的死后的“皇帝风水”大梦。

  8. 假借清朝12在位皇帝皇陵风水之霸气凌人，粉饰一般贫瘠山地为风水宝地，乱指一般墓地为龙脉，导气势大不如40年前的大马华裔社会，注入老本，换个子虚乌有的 清朝皇帝梦。 诸不知，皇帝档次的福地并非一般人可得。反过来说，大马华社之所以会发“皇帝风水梦”，除了是2013大马政治困局的一种假托心理折射之外， 也表示大马华社对自己本民族历史的无知，而让有心计之人有机可趁和浑水摸鱼。

  9. 被收买的”种生基师傅”为了迎合商业活动，也毫无羞愧成为帮凶，乱指野鸡为凤凰、指蜈蚣为真龙、指狰狞地理风水为吉祥福地，胡乱套用中国历史，断章取义，胡扯清朝皇陵风水而达到误导大马华社以为“墓地”就是“福地”；而“墓地”就是风水宝地。说穿了，就是利用大马华社无知和善良来敛财。

  10. 敛财是次要，而重要的是误信假“福地”、假龙穴、假龙脉而埋下他日家族没落伏笔。

   如果是销售一般“墓地”之名给乐龄人士；而不冒用“龙穴”之名，那这种商业活动是值得鼓励的。然而，现在的局面已经混乱演变成暴利的多层次传销，吸引许多只为“经济利益”份子加入胡乱炒作，普通的“墓地”已经 被包装成为“风水宝地”欺骗大马华社。 此事的发生是 大马华人社会的不幸。长此下去，大马华族百年基业，必亡。

 另外，这也反映在大马华社里，有许多见利忘义、为经济利益而违背风水职业道德，大破口德，累计口业和诸多业力的地理风水师傅。各位读者务必知道，自己累计了诸业力的地理风水师，他在虚空浩瀚的真理宇宙中，凭什么给你”种生基风水”造福呢？同时也在次证明，大马华社逃不出从二战时直到70年以来，连连不断涌现的汉奸而危害大马华社这恶运。

在等待下篇文章之时，我给各位读者介绍明末清初地理风水“明师”刘若谷的著作，以正视听。

刘若谷，祖籍肇庆府阳春县三甲堡龙湾寨。刘少年时期曾到江西学习风水术，后来了成了阳春地颇负盛名的风水大师。他的著作《千金赋》言简意深，理论全面中肯，是研究风水地理必读之作。刘若谷的《千金赋》言少意深，是后世习地理者必读之作。这篇佳作字数不多，但理论全面而中肯，是研究风水地理必读之作，因字字千金故名日千金赋。只可叹的是，由于是文言文，加上字间多另有涵义，因此很多人难以解读。这也间接说明自古以来，地理风水的精华是密而不宣，只传有缘，有福报之后人。
在这里给各位提出简短５句共勉；　  

（1）常思地理之妙，乃天地所留，以待有德，亦前师所秘而不宣。
我（刘若谷）常常细想，地理风水是非常奥妙的，福地为谁所属，天地注定。如果祖上有阴功积德，本身又忠厚贤良的人，自然能够遇着风水宝地，明师也会主动赐给他。这些道理，只是不肯明白地说出来罢了。

（2）失其诣者，节节皆差；得其诀者，处处是道。
       没有风水知识的人，却去乱寻风水，多数都是差错的；而有风水知识的人，得其诀窍，寻找风水宝地，即有门有路，处处符合道理。

（3）首识寻龙之法，次明结作之情，详究点穴之方，细看砂水之意。
       寻找风水之地，第一要懂得寻找龙脉的法则，第二要明白怎样才能结作的情况，第三要详细研究点穴的方法，第四要仔细看准砂峰和流水的形意。

（4）偃蹇①剥换②者，乃变化之机；起伏曲折者，乃行度之准。
大凡龙脉先起老祖之山，一般都恶石巉岩，非常险峻。在行龙之时，躺低不前，变化细嫩，重新崇起少祖。少祖犹为粗糙带煞，又须躺低不前，变嫩化为父母山。父母之山再须停留放低，越变越嫩才到胎息穴星。龙脉的走动，要起起伏伏，曲曲折折，才为生动活泼，也才符合龙脉走动的准则。

（5）出身贵展肩而开面，落脉怕现骨而露筋。
       出身经过剥换变化以后，星体象健康的人一样，开肩开膊，宽容笑面。落脉最忌瘦削单薄，象病人一样，骨瘦如柴，筋头毕露。
李按：展肩开面的出脉，深层构造都是入山岩层，一般都较丰腴坚实，且较平缓，泥土没有流失，地层发育良好，容易结作。现骨露筋的出脉，深层构造都是出山岩层，一般较为陡峭，容易风化；因泥土的流失，露出嶙峋的石头，不能结作。

五福临门

  1. 甲午马年实在不好。开年至今8个月世界各地发生太多灾难。先有飞机消消失不知所踪、3架飞机飞别在欧洲，非洲和台湾失事、中东以巴冲突死伤、台湾高雄煤气爆炸、再有云南大地震；实在多事之一年。

  2. 7个月来，其灾难性和突发性是国际化的。任何国家的人民都有可能遇难；这在飞机失事、飞机失联事件可见一斑。

  3. 华人有句话老话说 “多事之秋”；意思是事故或事变很多的时期。现在我们正要步入秋天 Autumn Season ，不得不多加防范于未然。 当然，我们不希望世界再有灾难；再有人哭泣；然而，秋天带有萧杀之气（壬申之乱、 癸酉之变、甲戌风灾) 我们也不得不有心理准备。

  4. 阳历8月7日以后，恐怕灾难将会加剧，风雨飘摇、内忧外患、 动荡不安  鸡犬不宁、兵连祸结等。我们能做的也是祈福求平安。

  5. 在此，我以原出於《書經》和《洪範》的 〈五福〉来祝大家 “五福临门”。

  6. 到底五福是什麼呢？原来第一福是「長壽」longeivity，第二福是「富貴」wealth，第三福是「康寧」health，第四福是「好德」virtue，第五福是「善終」Natural Death。

  7. 註：《書經》上所記載的五福是：一曰壽、二曰富、三曰康寧、四曰修好德、五曰考的終命（《書經洪範》）

  8. 第一，祝各位读者「長壽」longevity，命不夭折而且福壽綿長。

  9. 第二，祝各位读者「富貴」wealth，錢財富足而且地位尊貴。

  10. 第三，祝各位读者「康寧」health, 是身體健康而且心靈安寧。

  11. 第四，祝各位读者 「好德」virtue, 是生性仁善而且寬厚寧靜。

  12. 第五，祝所有老人身体健康、颐养天年；终其天年时，得享「善終」。 「善終」是能預先知道自己的死期。臨命終時，沒有遭到橫禍，身體沒有病痛，心裏沒有罣礙和煩惱，安詳而且自在地離開人間。

  13. 此五福，不只是海内外所有华人的传统家庭祈愿；更是所有人，不分种族、宗教和国家；人人可求，人人得。愿你家得“五福临门”。

好风水是怎么来的？买来的？

  1. 你跟好运有缘、无缘、绝缘或断缘，都取决于你在自己身体的圣洁/龌龊，口舌的话语内容的圣洁/龌龊，和旁人无法知道的内心的圣洁/龌龊。 此佛家阐述的三元素(身、口、意)之状况，感召儒家之“天人合一”体现；从而打开了道家的主张“天时、地利、人和”人间好运。

  2. 此改运三部曲；即是第一步为修行（修正身口意)，第二步为，天人合一， 第三步为天时人和地利三元大圆满。此改运三步曲先后次序鲜明、环环相扣、前者打开启动后者。

  3. 没有第一步修行的一定水平( 戒、定、慧），你无法感召比人界更清高贵气之六欲界天内的天人鼎力相助。跟谈不上“天人合一”。(天人合一即是欲界6层天之天人与人道之灵气互动) 纵然你使劲地膜拜，也无法得天助，因为龌龊的身口意是好运的绝缘体(dis-connector)

  4. 其实，人道大多所谓的“神迹奇事”，包括高层次的风水神效；都与“天人合一”有绝对的干系；绝不是单纯的人为因素。若明白这点，你就知道掌握创照“人间神迹”的入门就在第二步的“天人合一”。然而，这也取决于拟个人的修为道行；并非纯粹掌握机械方程式就可一步登天。

  5. 因为龌龊的口(嘴巴)念出来的咒语不但无效反而自我诅咒毁灭。因为龌龊的意念只能感召下三流的人物或看不见得众生进入你的生活范围。 龌龊的身体不但无法感召高贵的天人来相助，反而吸引了龌龊之灵(包括社会败类）侵蚀你宝贵而短暂的人生。

  6. 所以，要改运首先从修正行为(身、口、意)开始。这个过程中，你会经历身体内外能量的改变，包括你的容貌。

  7. 改运第二步曲：“天人合一”在此不多阐述。它，绝对不是纯理论的，而是实实在在的“感召”。

  8. 改运第三步曲：天时、地利、人和。 切记！ 没有第一步和第二步，你绝对达不到第三步。

  9. 如果越过第一、第二步而直奔第三步，那叫做一般凡夫俗子的世间法(纯粹依靠人的努力和脑筋)。现实证明人的努力和聪明根本无法保证你今生好运大圆满。没有殊胜的身口意，你无法感召特殊美好人生。

  10. 而地理风水就是第三步里的“地利”。地理风水也是感召而来的。殊胜的你感召殊胜的风水。龌龊的你也只能感召龌龊低贱的风水。你有钱也买不到好风水，就算给你买到 那也是假风水，因为龌龊的身口意配不上风水宝地和真龙确地。

  11. 地理风水是改运第三步曲的三份一；也是改运三步骤里的六份一，也是占了改运工程的16.66%。

  12. 然而，如果第一步的身口意修正不好，自然也无法感召第二步的“天人合一”。这样，占了命运16.66% 的风水宝地，我可以保证与你绝缘。因为龌龊的身口意就是好风水的绝缘体(dis-connector)。

  13. 所以老祖宗才说“福人居福地，福地福人居”。老祖宗没说：“富人”居福地；也没说福地“富人”居。 请你看清楚读清楚。 老祖宗说是有福之人(auspicious man)，不是有富之人(wealthy man).

  14. 老祖宗告诉我们，那风水宝地是留给有福报之人，不是留给有富(有钱人家wealthy man).

  15. 你有钱也没用，因为风水宝地是修福报而来；世间的金钱和龌龊的身口意配不上风水宝地。

  16. 所以当你花钱买风水宝地的时候，摸摸自己的良心看看自己的良心是白的、黑的、灰的，红的，紫的？….看看自己的身体是香的呢，臭的呢，冷的，热的，是高贵的、是低贱的呢 还是多么殊胜的呢！

  17. 如果良心是洁白的、身体是干净的、意念是善的，那自然感召上好风水。没钱，上好风水也为你而留。

  18. 如果良心是发黑的、身体是龌龊的、意念是恶的，那自然吸引败家风水。纯粹有钱，也顶多买个假风水 自我欺骗，自我意淫 再堕轮回之苦。

  19. 风水最高秘密在心头上。风水的天心也在心头，玄空风水也在你的意念上。生基风水也在你的心头上。奇门风水就在你心门。

  20. 如果你想种生基风水，就开始在心头上修。修正自己的行为，自然6欲界天人来助你，风水宝地为你而备，等你来索取。
