Disagreement for Betterment

  1. This double storey house in KL was audited by me last year end (2019).
  2. The owner planned to start the major structural renovation around Feb/March 2020.
  3. I  disagreed with his immediate action for major renovation but to do it in year 2021.
  4. Because I had the opinion that major renovation for him personally is no good in 2020.
  5. The owner seemed to be NOT so happy with my proposal as he wanted to get it done very soon.
  6. However, I insisted on my stand and proposal(no renovation in 2020) from the start of the audit.
  7. The owner  was still figuring out how he could do the major renovation fast & quick.
  8. Nevertheless, nothing could be done at all when Movement Control Order(MCO) was imposed nationwide from 18 March to 09 Jun 2020.
  9. By 08 June 2020, the owner sent me the text as below.

  1. This picture was taken when I reached the chin 下巴 of this feminine dragon formation.
  2. Standing at the chin 下巴， immediately you see Dragon Chest about 5 meters away right in front.
  3. Then followed by
    1. Breasts
    2. Inverted Triangular Shape Belly
    3. Thighs
    4. Dragon Vagina
  4.  According to the concept : As Above , So Below ; you could see the Dragon Belly is in Inverted Triangular Shape(Horizontally); then this hints that the accurate SPOT resides on a small hidden hill(Vertically) which is congruent / identical  to the shape of the belly; in accordance to Yin Yang.
  5. Either looking from the Chin, or from the Belly; the 2 dragon breasts are dominantly present and visible.
  7. The Dragon Spot is not necessary to be the Dragon Vagina; although some of the Spots located at the Dragon Vagina. In this case, Vagina is not the Spot(Power Source).
  8. The Spot(Power Source) is not very far away from the position that this picture was taken.
  9.  The whole topographical feature of this dragon spot could be understood from female body shape as below ;
  10. This Female Dragon is facing / looking up to the heaven. I was standing at the tip of dragon chin to take this picture.
  11. This feminine dragon lies down with 2 thighs slightly open to the heaven.
  12. At this moment you instantly could understand what is metaphysical intercourse between the Earth & Heaven.
  13. Two breasts serve as  internal Qi/Energy Locking.
  14. Two hands(Unseen in the picture due to perspective) serve as intermediate Qi / Energy Locking. However, I have carefully selected a female photo(on the left) to show you how the dragon arms fold closely to the chest & abdomen.
  15. Two thighs serves as external Qi/Energy Locking.
  16. Between the thighs is Dragon Vagina, a very narrow hilly entrance connecting 2 valleys.
  17. The Belly/Abdomen is Triangular Shape. It serves as Bright Court 明堂 to gather the Qi / Energy on the open ground.
  18. The shape of the Bright Court/Belly is Triangle. Hence,
  19. The spot is located on the hill in reversed triangle(Mirror Image).
  20. Point 15-17 above serve as verdict to help you to find out the spot accurately.

  1. 大马国花大红花(Bunga Raya)，名为朱槿，学名为Hibiscus rosa-sinensis，锦葵科木槿属，是一种原产于中国南部的常绿灌木。
  2. 大红花(Bunga Raya) 就是指充满朝气和生机勃勃的大马华裔。这个民族特别喜欢火红色，视火红色为吉祥的颜色。
  3. 大红花原产中国南部就指大马华裔绝大多数是来自中国南部的广东省、广西省、福建省和海南岛。
  4. 马来西亚把Bunga Raya 法定为国花，表示冥冥中马来西亚的政治、经济、教育和社会文化跟大马华裔的影响力是紧紧相关联。
  5. 大红花日开数百朵，朝开暮落; 表示大马华裔生产力高超。
  6. 从二月开始开花，至到十二月凋谢。这意味大红花避忌冬季。
  7. 大马的日元是乙木。乙木指一切常绿灌木，自然保括大红花。
  8. 也是说，大红花的旺运是春季、夏季和秋季； 却衰败于冬季。
  9. 由于大马是以穆斯林占绝大数(70% 左右)的国家，故国运是男阳逆行，先经历60年的旺盛春夏季节，如下：
    1. 第一阶段 为 30年 夏季 (1965 – 1995)
    2. 第二阶段为  30 年春季(1995 – 2025)
    3. 第三阶段为  30 年 冬季 (2025 – 2055)
    4.  第四阶段为 30年 秋季 (2055- 2085)
  10. 为何1965年是起点而不是1957大马独立年呢？ 有什么证据吗？
  11. 有。根据四柱起运法则，大马国运始于1965年4月中旬。
  12. 证据就是大红花(Bunga Raya) 第一次开花结果于1965年8月，新加坡就在大马国运起运不到四个月，就脱离联邦政府而宣布独立。这就是具体证据。
  13. 其实大红花最第二轮的旺盛阶段是2005 – 2025 这20年。
  14. 大马全国沸沸扬扬的政治景观和一波又一波的政治惊涛骇浪都发生在这20年。
  15. 这一切跟大红花（大马华裔)脱离不了关系。
  16. 大红花的旺运将在2025年上下左右，逐渐走向衰败的20年(2025-2045).
  17. 这20年的衰败期，将让大红花枯萎、凋谢、死亡。
  18. 经历了严寒的冬天20年，大红花将会在2045年之后逐渐恢复生机。
  19. 2045年之后，大紅花朵被濃密的绿色灌木叢（belukar）吞噬並持續威脅，而另一些則變成雜草進入綠色的海洋。

  1. 人无千日好,花无百日红,早时不算计,过后一场空。

  2. 这朵红花就是指大马华裔，1941年日本军队到之前，只顾赚钱找钱；导致蒙受死伤最凄惨的二战受害民族。

  3. 1946年对非华裔有利的政治体制模式出台，华裔再次因政治冷感和短视，错失/放弃根据现代全球奉行的普世价值的国民机会。

  4. 1957年前之马来亚联邦宪法拟稿之际，华裔再次埋头只顾赚钱，超级政治短视；忽略宪法对子孙后代福利的负面影响。

  5. 1969年种族冲突之后，大马华裔终于醒觉了，觉悟了政治的重要性；但是为时已晚。 为什么？你是大马华裔同感身受，不需在此多加解释。

  6. 真是早时不准备，69年以后，大马华裔不是一场空；而是场场空。

  7. 70年代大学空，80年代投标空，90年代银行空，00年代美梦空，10年代改革空，20年代全部空。

  8. 此时不悟空，更待何时五指压顶孙悟空。

  9. 经过前后50年(1970 – 2020)日夜不停的巨轮挤压，许多比较有经济能力的大马华裔分批移民离开，寻找新的家园去了。

  10. 剩下来的就要面对 一个充满这变数/危机/转机/飞跃/成功/失败的2025年。

  11. 2025年是大马另外一个转折点。类似1941、1946、1957、1969、2008、2013、2018 和 2020。

  12. 2025年的转折年是柔性的。也是刚性的新开始。
    13. 

  13. 不同的是，穆斯林优先将取代了过去的马来人优先。
    14. 

  14. 表面看起来像是一样的政策；其实内容更加博大精深。

  1. 二战以前，马来亚Malaya是当时世界霸主英国旗下殖民地当中经济生产值数一数二的佼佼者。

  2. 当时的锡矿业和树胶业让英国殖民地马来亚的经济地位远超同样沦为英国殖民地的印度生产值。
    3. 

  3. 做为当时马来亚各方面经济活动的主导者，受益最大最多的族群就是华裔。当时马来亚华裔的经济地位堪称是天之骄子。
    4. 

  4. 当时华裔的经济地位犹如高高在天上，远超绝大多数居住在乡村的马来族群。
    5. 

  5. 然而，1957年独立之后，宪法规定和给予马来族群的特权；往后的发展和落差是翻天复地。从此曾经的天之骄子-华裔， 就给土著王子(Bumiputera) 逐步取代。
    6. 

  6. 俗语说：富不过三代。大马华裔的经济财富可以逃过这“三代的魔咒吗？
    7. 

  7. 现在大多采用25年为一代。 4代百年，也就是说25年一代。
    8. 

  8. 大马独立年 1957. 第一代完成于 1957 + 一代(25年) = 1982年。
    9. 

  9. 老马就在 1981年7月16日第一次出任大马首相(直到2003年10月31日，长达22年)
    10. 

  10. 很显然的，大马华裔的第二代(80后和90后) 是在老马的权威下出生和成长的。
    11. 

  11. 所有的华人合作社和银行就在80-90年代，被彻底淘汰而只有Public Bank 和Hong Leong Bank 两家华裔银行至今屹立不倒。
    12. 

  12. 大马华人经济的发展中确实看见了老马的身影。也摆脱不了…..
    13. 

    14. 

  14. 时间再过了第二次的25年，来到 了 1982 + 二代(25年) = 2007年。
    15. 

  15. 此时华裔第二代(80后)已经进入经济市场；但是感觉不到经济平等；所以就在隔一年的2008来个第一次大选大发泄；挫一挫执政党的锐气。

  16. 但是华裔经济状态依旧没有改变；继续拥有不同于土著的公民权力。
    17. 

  17. 今年是2020年，第三代(2007年以后出生的) 现在已经13岁中学生了。 未来的他还是继续做拥有不同于土著权力的公民。 而且，情况越来越不理想，越来越纠结……

  18. 很快的12生肖转一轮/一圈，时间(在人间为年龄)来到了2032年(恶龄鲨饿)。

  19. 2032年(恶龄鲨饿) ,也是 1957年 + 三代(75) = 2032, 壬子年。

  27. 那么不可能的Coronavirus 疫情 都已经全球性的发生着；短短的6个月，至今已经夺走了近60万人命….

  28. 这些死者在开年的时候做梦也没想过自己会被夺走生命。不是6个人，而是近60万条人命……

  29. 当然绝大多数的大马人，没有因毒蚊叮咬而死亡；但是因毒蚊叮咬而死亡的人数却远远高于Covid 19。

    3. MCO locked down the whole country from 18 March to 08 June.

  18. It does not mean Malaysia Destiny is bad, but rather that other neighboring countries in South East Asia are not only catching up but doing much better comparatively.
