A Taiwan (Taoyuan 桃园县) feng shui master identified the above mentioned location as “Dragon Spot” in Penang. Sell it at a sky price for shengji 生基 , living tomb. Today, at least two individuals who believed in him and did sheng ji 生基 under him suffered financial bankruptcy after living tomb construction……

Do you think a dragon looks like this?

Chinese says : 人在作，天在看 … Man’s deeds are always being observed by heaven….

Fake Dragon Spot, which had caused 2 cases of bankruptcy.

A little advice to feng shui practitioner: ” Thou shall NOT cheat the mass over their ignorance. …”

A clue of dragon searching: the dragon spot is NOT so easy to be identified……

A spot which is OUT of embrace; has caused 2 cases bankruptcy

It is so obvious that the site is OUT of the embrace and the whole territory is located at feng shui waterway 水道.

If the cemetery is located at feng shui waterway 水道， what does it mean? As a practitioner, what can you foretell of this condition?

The attached picture of a prominent housing area in Penang. A property could be designed beautifully and with modern architectural features. However, any kind of interior design and architectural design at the later part of the construction procedures could NOT really render feng shui cure if the alignment and allocation of the mega outlook of the construction site was out from feng shui land form perspectives.

This is the Sony Electronic Product retail outlet in Queensbay Mall, Penang. It is one of my successful clientele in retail business line. The business owner invited and engaged my feng shui service 3 years ago. Today, you still can see this outlet is still operating in the Centre Court of Queensbay.

The holistic view of the outlet is as Picture 1. It is an independent and stand alone outlet.

The professional feng shui consultation starts from site selection. After examined the suitability accordance to the Qi mouth气口 and Water Mouth水口, I started to plan for where to have the main entrance and side door. In fact, the location of the outlet was the open space. The management decided to utilize the vast empty space to create a retail outlet to be rented in order to increase rental return. This is very common nowadays in majority shopping mall in Malaysia.

After considering the external Qi mouth气口 and water exit 出水口， the main door is aligned. Picture 2 shows the main door. Picture3 is the side door. If you ask me which door is important? I would say both are equally important. Why? Because one door is the Qi inhalation and the other is xxxxxx, besides the identification and the usage of money corner.

One thing in my mind if like to give me answer that which work more powerfully Destiny , Mind power or Feng Shui

Personally and practically speaking, NEVER I undermine or undervalue destiny and mind power from feng shui activativation.

The metaphysical answers are as below:

a) Destiny is the Cosmantic 天数 aspect

b) Mind is the Humantic 人为 aspect

c) Feng Shui is the Geomantic 地理 aspect

It is in feng shui module 1 workshop content.

In mind power I had seen good result when person is having good time as for Destiny but some times not also.

Firstly, you might be having some confusion over Yijing Triumvirate conception.

Secondly, you need your respective mind power GURU to initiate your third gland for empowerment.

I recently get one mind power exercise which combine mind power n Feng Shui both I will work on it then like to share how I feel.

Year 2010 is Western Metal Tiger according to Chinese Lunar Calender.

Since 2010, the world has witnessed a few earthquake happenings as below:

Strangely but interestingly, all these 5 earthquakes happened at Western Part of the respective area or country. (please refer to the above attached pictures)

Did these earthquakes happen so-called as ” accidence ” which occur “accidently”?

Metaphysically, according to the Chinese Metaphysical System, year 2010 is Western Metal Tiger Year, Geng Yin Year 庚寅年 under Period 8 （1996-2016， Zhen Trigram）. Zhen trigram represents Thunder Strom, Earth Vibration or Eathquake. (please refer to the previous article)
