Property Investment. You need to know the basic feng shui before making the final decision.

In this article, we are going to talk about Feng Shui in term of Property Investment. I try to explain my points with picture of photo if I could have time to find some. However, it is my honour to present nice and organized pictures for yur reading pleasure. There will be 1 main point with 3 sub-point in this article about Property Selection.

1) Judging The Structural and Archetectural Design of the Whole Property.

There are many issues to consider under this sub-point. However, I would try to highlight that you should avoid all property unit at the shape edges just as the red highlight.

The Condo Unit Right Above The Car Entrance is Very Bad In Term of Qi.

2) Judging the Vertical Feng Shui Defects

The solid example of the 2nd sub-point is the entrance of the car park. You should avoid buying any unit above the main entrance of the carpark. Especially the immediate unit above the car entrance as above picture. Why? simply because the Qi is unstable and fluctuate. However, the second and above units above the car park is considerably “OK” to buy. Ideally, you should avoid also… Nevertheless, the choice is yours……

3) Judging The Horizontal Feng Shui Defects

There are also many aspects about this sub-point. One of the issues is identify the actual layout and territorial shape of the residential area. For example, the picture above shows that it is a triangular shape of residential area. The pink circles are dead end and you should avoid. However, the area around “Master Soon” which is the entrance of the area is GOOD….

In modern cities of Asia, women have contributed a lot and play a very significant role in economy and business world. We call them as career woman. It is still a fact that female faces many disadvantages in term of promotion and recognition. Female has to face unfair competition in career advancement, although this condition is improving. However, I have a good new for those career women in term of how feng shui could enhance your professional performance and further increase the chances of recognising your contribution in the business world or career field. As a metaphysician so many years, personally not only I believe that female is as capable as male, her counterpart; but also I have seen many real cases of capable females in my field work of feng shui consultation.

Female Feng Shui Series From Master Soon. How to Increase Career Luck and Ability of A Woman in Term of Competing In The Career Field Which is Always Dominated By Man.

In term of feng shui, there is a specific sector of your house could be fully utilized to enhanced the performance and capability of the female. The sector is the WEST西方. West sector is Dui Gua from Yijing perspective. It represents career woman and her performance. Ideally, there should not be a washroom becasue this would weaken the power in the West. Nevertheless, you could enhance and increase by making this sector(the west sector) in White, Gold and Brownish color.

You should avoid Red, Pink, Orange, Blue in the West sector. No blue, no Grey and no Black also.

Remember, you should always make this sector clean and brighter…..

As the requests on my NTV7 program – ” Bella” about Female Feng Shui 2011 keep coming into my email, therefore, I would like to wirte a short article to share instead of answering email by email. I am going to write a series article about female feng shui from multiple aspects like career, finance, romance, love, relationship, fashions and anything related to woman.

Let me start this series with the first title : – ” Increase Financial Advancement for Female in 2011″.

In this aspect, financial advancement of career woman could be analysis at least from 4 pespective. And, today we are going to discuss about one of the areas, which is the Ability of A Woman to Monitor Her Financial Control from Feng Shui perspective.

Feng Shui for Woman in 2011. Saving Account Sector. This information Had Been Revealed by Master Soon During "Bella" Program by NTV7 on 9 Jan 2011.

In year 2011, Rabbit Year, the finance control of a career woman is at her house’s South West sector as shown in the above diagram. Methodologically, I recommend pie chart as the tool to draw your feng shui chart as it provide average methematical distribution.

If the storeroom or washroom is located at SW sector, then, this simply tells that your finance control of 2011 is going to be very weak. Why? Water Flushing out from the washroom would flush away your money saving ability. The Stagnant Qi in storeroom is going to make you to be selfish to spend for daily expenses for 2 reasons: either you are financially tight or stingy.

A pretty woman is always nourished and mesmerized by good financial position. An urgly woman is always associated with poverty… Although this statement is not correct 100% but explains the reality of our current society pretty well. Therefore, as a female, you need to back up and strengthen your financial status as it directly determines your self-confidence and self- image.

How to strengthen your finance position in year 2011? The solution is in the diagram and as below

On 6th Jan 2011, took a retreat after monthly long tight schedule. Took A Natural RainForest Spa.....

There is a good feng shui place for instant rejuvenation and healing – Air Itam Dam of Penang.

The weather on 6th Jan 2011 was find. It was about 26 degree celcius at Air Itam Dam in Penang at 5: 45pm. This Area of Air Itam Dam is reversed for hiking and excercise. Although I am still in tight and heavy schedule during January of 2011, I am able to slot in some times for relaxing and excercising.

At my back is the township of Georgetown of Penang.

This place always provides mind soothing environment as you “walked” up the hill. Especially, just after a short rain, it was something like having ” rainforest spa” in the mid of small jungle…..

04 January 2011. The Weather was cloudy in Kuala Lumpur. After the lunch at 2pm, we drove into the heartland of Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle. Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur is famous for its highest property value in Malaysia. Many international companies are having their headquater within this prestigious golden triangle.

We were going to give a feng shui consultation for a company which is also located in this GOLDEN TRIANGLE. The company is dealing with high value per sales. A company handling international business.

I pointed to this Laughing Buddha and Told The Boss: " The Sales of Your Business is NOT Good." Master Soon

The Director of the company waited in the front door. After we greeted each other, I was escorted to audit feng shui of the company. After awhile, I pointed at a Laughing Buddha and said: ” The Laughing Buddha is located at xxx located which represents the xxxx of the business. Therefore, the sales performance is very BAD. The Statue is sitting on an empty box, so the sales volume is nearly ZERO.” The boss was so impressed and astonished of my comment.

There are a few artistic fruits like apples & peaches. Master Soon

I pointed to the artistic fruits and said: ” You put ‘side dishes’ or ‘dessert’ on the xxx location. It means you always get small value of sales(dessert) rather than HIGH value(main course) of sales. The boss felt embarassed and determined to remove all these decorative from this particular xxxx location. In short, by putting all these decorative items (so called as feng shui items), the company suffers more loss instead of auspicious feng shui….. Basically, Buddha statue is for religious purpose; whereby Buddhism’s teaching is about GIVING UP worldly gain. It is totally confronting the objective of an international company which is to GAIN MORE MONEY….. this is a simple logic analysis…. The only effective this laughing Buddha could provide you is ONLY – ” smiling face prospects, but cannot afford to buy…. a monk (the laughing Buddha is a monk. A monk is a receiver of donation, how can a monk contribute to a high value purchase…..) This kind of feng shui item would only invite reversed feng shui outcome…..

There are many more feng shui mistakes in the office. I am told that before my presence, the boss had invited and engaged 4 feng shui masters to audit (including a famous international old grand master)

No more further information due to P&C.

My duty here is simply: ” to restore the balance of feng shui which has been destroyed by so called – feng shui activation”.

As my comments and predictive analysis are all accurate, the boss decided to take my opinion to change the company feng shui.

Auditing A new Corporate Office for An International Japanese Multi National Company on 04 Jan 2011, 10am

On 4th Jan 2011 around 10am, we arrived at the site of the Japanese MNC office in Subang. At the door step, I was introduced to 2 interior designers from a well known designing company in KL.

After I had finished feng shui audit, we discussed and exchanged ideas about the structural layout of the MNC office. This was to make sure that esthetic values were preserved while feng shui element also being applied. It took us about 2 hours to thoroughly analysis and design the most feng shui conducive environment to this market respectful Japanese MNC. In this event, professionalism was uphold to render to most sufficient service, as we are dealing with an international company.

The host showed the warmest Asian hospitality. While we enjoyed our lunch, we also talked about feng shui. As one of them had flied to Penang to attend the December Numerology Course last month, I took this chance to reinforce many metaphysical essence onto her. Strengthening the metaphysical wisdom is also my mission and vision.

Arriving In Kuala Lumpur for Feng Shui Service 抵达吉隆坡为企业勘察风水

On 04 January 2011, I left Penang International Airport for Kuala Lumpur at 7 am. The temperature in Penang was 24 degree celcius in the morning. A nice weather with moderate wind and the sky was cloudy. It has been a bi-weekly routine to travel between Penang – Kuala Lumpur. January is a bit tight. I need to fly in Kuala Lumpur again next week for talks and consultations.

On 04 Jan 2011, 7:30am on the airplane. 1800ft above sea level. I took this river flow water.

While in the airplane, I was able to catch a few picture to share with you. I have plenty of these kind of pictures, about water dragon and mountainous dragon…… If you look at the nature- rivers and mountains, it is so obvious that none of them is cubical…. so, do you think applying grid chart is relevant for auditing natural feng shui? Obviously, pie chart serves the natural features nicely……. haha… just to make you think ….

Today, I will be auditing 2 corporate offices feng shui. And, in the afternoon, the magazine reporter will interview me in the late afternoon…..

Giving some advice to client on 1 Jan 2011.....

Today is 2 Jan 2011. The weather is find at 25 degree celcius. On the 1 Jan 11, I spent my lunch time with a 2 years client at an Italian restaurant of E-gate, Penang. Joined the entice family for new year celebration.

Afternoon went for another feng shui appointment. Besides, other clients called me up for advices as below:

1) Discussion of a client, Malaysian about his business in Guangzhou expansion.

2) Discussion on the beauty chains business in Malaysia.

2) The Health Condition of a client’s mother at age of 84.

After that, we went for a delicious Chinese Steamboat…..

In fact, many businessmen already started their business feng shui consultation since Dec every year….

Malaysia Destiny Code 2020 – Tun Dr. Mahathir Forgot to Kill The Kuala Lumpur Dragons 老马忘了屠真龙

In year 1999 (year of rabbit), the then 4th Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad who held the office from 1981-2003 (22 years), shifted the seat of the government from Kuala Lumpur (North)to Putrajaya(South).
Putrajaya was the brainchild of former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad who was in power then. After 2 years , in 2001(year of snake), Putrajaya was made a Federal Territory, increasing the number of federal territories to three. Kuala Lumpur and Labuan are the other two.
Nevertheless, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad leave Kuala Lumpur to remain as Malaysia’s national capital (as the seat of Parliament) as well as the country’s commercial and financial center.
Metaphysically, this is a BIG MISTAKE of UMNO (the ruling party since 1957-year of rooster ) to leave Parliament in Kuala Lumpur which is OUT of Putrajaya control.…..
the second BIG MISTAKE is that, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohammad FORGOT to lockup / kill / the Kuala Lumpur ‘s Political Dragon’s (there are a few mountains symbolize POWER), or, at least put the Dragons(mountains) into Prison or Jail metaphysically, as just like the way how he handled Anwar Ibrahim (his then Duputy) and put him into prison.
In 1999(in the same year shifted to Putrajaya), the ruling party experienced the WORST outcome from general election since independence…. UMNO lost Trengganu State to Pas, Opposition….
From then onward, Malaysia started to see the split of Malay (the majority race) vote into 2…. which never happened before the shift of the political center.

From the research, the development and construction of Putrajaya and Cyberjaya started in 1995 (year of pig, haram from Islamic value). As all Malaysians have known that that was also the time Anwar Ibrahim enjoyed the most popularity and planned his way to challenged his boss, Tun Dr, Mahathir Mohammad…. My point is that the construction of Putrajaya also indicates the most terrible political power struggle in Malaysia since 1957, which ultimately caused Anwar Ibrahim into prison……. Was this a coincidence? Yes, it is Metaphysically Meaningful Coincidence.….

From the google, it is so obvious that the Putajaya and Kuala Lumpur is directly confronting each other. What do this mean in term of politics power?

Malayisa’s feng shui dragon back bone is from Banjaran Titiwangsa (Mountain Ranges), which is from the North. Do you think Kuala Lumpur receive the dragon force much better or Putrajaya?

The solutions are:

UMNO (the ruling party) must identify the Kuala Lumpur Dragons. And put all these Dragons under control. In the most emergency case, those Kuala Lumpur Dragon’s must be KILLED….. If UMNO is unable to to find out those hidden dragons in Kuala Lumpur…… it just means that Dato’ Sri Najib, the current Prime Minister would be the person who is going to FULFILL the Mantra of “RAHMAN”…. Najib , the alphebet “N” is the last in this mantra which 100% accurate predicted the names of each prime minister of Malaysia since 1957, independence.

p/s:

“Rahman” stands for the name of first to sixth prime minister of Malaysia.

R – Abdul Rahman the first Prime Minister (PM)

A – Abdul Razak, the second PM

H – Hussien Onn , the third PM

M – Mahathir, the forth PM

A – Abdullah Badawi, the fifth PM

N- Najib, the sixth PM.

Is Najib to be the last PM from UMNO?

If Najib does not find out the Kuala Lumpur Dragons, which are the rivals and competitors to Putrajaya and also UMNO, the code of 2020 is very like to fulfill in LESS than 9 years….

However, the rival dragons also spread around in the teritory of Selangor State (under opposition Coalition,Pakatan Rakyat), it also means Pakatan Rakyat also very close to those dragons…. however, I don’t think Pakatan Rakyat is aware of this…….. that is Pakatan Rakyat lost Perak State….

Mahathir has killed a human dragon politically, who is Anwar Ibrahim. Anwar Ibrahim is dragged currently to the court and this has weaken the opposition coalition. However, The REAL DRAGONS which ultimately challenged his legacy are NOT at Human level…. The force which could delete Mahathir’s legacy and Najib’s political power is at those Dragons in SELANGOR state which surround Putrajaya……….
