January is the busy month for feng shui audit as many Chinese tend to get their feng shui audited before Chinese New Year. I was invited to Subang, A city near to Kuala Lumpur, which is a well known residential area to middle income group or elites of Malaysia. In this case we discussed about the new layout for the new property unit. 2 Interior Designers were called in to have a face to face discussion about how to optimize the property from multiple perspective. Of course, Money luck and Health are 2 major concerns.

04 January 2011. The Weather was cloudy in Kuala Lumpur. After the lunch at 2pm, we drove into the heartland of Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle. Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur is famous for its highest property value in Malaysia. Many international companies are having their headquater within this prestigious golden triangle.
We were going to give a feng shui consultation for a company which is also located in this GOLDEN TRIANGLE. The company is dealing with high value per sales. A company handling international business.

The business operator of Mr Pot Cafe is Elaine Loh(& her husband). She is my feng shui student who has reached intermediate level. The business starts from year 2007. I was invited to audit the feng shui before she started the whole construction for new business venture. I still could remember the place was occupied by an old style Chinese restaurant.
It faces seashore and located along Gurney Drive. However, based on the topography and surrounding feature, do you think I still treat the sea front as the facing? This is very crucial as many would simply take the sea front as the facing. To me, I don’t think so. Ｔｈｅ ｓｅｃｒｅｔ ｉｓ － ｈｏｗ Ｉ ｒｅｏｒｅｉｎｔａｔｅｄ ｔｈｅ ｆａｃｉｎｇ ｗｉｔｈ ｓｕｒｒｏｕｎｄｉｎｇ ｗａｔｅｒ ｍｏｕｔｈ， Ｑｉ Ｍｏｕｔｈ， ｎｅａｒｂｙ Ｓｕｐｅｒ ｃｏｎｄｏ ａｎｄ Ｂｕｋｉｔ Ｍｅｒｔａｊａｍ ａｔ ｔｈｅ ｏｐｐｏｓｉｔｅ ｓｅａｓｈｏｒｅ．Ｔhe operator had broken down the existing concrete structure and rebuilt ｔｏ ｔｈｅ ｆａｒｍａｔｉｏｎ ａｎｄ ｃｏｎｆｉｇｕｒａｔｉｏｎ Ｉ ｄｅｍａｎｄｅｄ． What you see now in the picture is NOT the original building. The old building had gone.
The location of the kitchen, kitchen orientation, toilet， ｐａｓｓａｇｅｓ and entrance (there is no major construction as it is an open air concept) were all constructed based on my advice,accepts air-cond room which they decided not to have. Until today this outlet is still generating biggest profit among various businesses. Due to good café business Elaine as the boss is still required full participation to the café . Happily I bless her for good business and feel satisfied to the result oriented feng shui enhancement.
Confident with the business, Elaine Loh & her husband decided to open another outlet due to overwhelming demand in year 2008. The second café outlet is located at Upper Penang Road. If you visit the second outlet at Upper Penang Road, you could pay attention to the water fountain which was constructed based on my advice. However, I did tell them that the original locality is not an ideal feng shui place; yet, the water fountain would be able to help to certain degree only. Comparatively, the Gurney drive café is still the best in term of feng shui.
Business is a form of investment. Elaine is business minded woman. She sold off the second outlet to the new operator with a good price for instant profit. Today, if you visit the Upper Penang road outlet (with a new name), you would find that the water fountain had dried up. The original water fountain wall’s color had been changed from Yellow to Red by the new business operator. And, you can judge whether does it still enjoy good business ….. ＷＩＴＨＯＵＴ ｔｈｅ ｗａｔｅｒ ｆｌｏｗ．．．．．．．

In Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China, even in Singapore and Malaysia, we often relate and analyze a silver screen superstar personality with Face Reading面相. By looking at his or her Bazi 八字 to know how far their achievements will be. Nevertheless， to mold an attractive and well accepted charming character is not an easy task.
Interestingly, Ancient Chinese has a discipline knowledge which is called Yijing 《易经》. It is equivalent to Rig Veda of India. As ancient as Rig Veda. Yijing also called as Book of Change 变经； or Divine Book Without Words 无字天书. In fact， Yijing has been the book of strategy guidance from dynasties dated as far as B.C era until modern China today. It is treated as book to provide ideas of wisdom in term of military, politics, social and economy. Along the history, it has crytalized many ideas of fate reading, prediction, face reading proactively without rely on DATE of BIRTH. It means you can know your enemy proactively by your will at there and then. Bazi 八字 and Purple Star 紫微 are subjected to Yijing and less powerful.
Bazi 八字 and Purple Star 紫微 will become LESS useful and paralyze when the biodata or date of birth is not available. That is the reason why various China imperial dynasties always uphold Yijing for national consultancy.
Back to the topic, Li trigram 离卦 is known to be related to fire. Nonetheless, due to lack & insufficient translated information into English (Huge amount of Chinese metaphysic knowledge is still hidden and kept in its original language -Chinese Classic); market has provided deficient, inadequate and incomplete chinese mataphysic information at the other end.
Li trigram does not only represent fire. To me, the symbol of Li trigram 离 is seen as protocols, manner, educated, documentation and appropriateness. The content changes in accordance to the situation. Li is NOT always fire. To me, most of the time, Li trigram is NOTHING to do with fire.
If you understand Li trigram as South direction or Fire, then, your comprehension and knowledge in term of metaphysic is still at the beginning stage. Sadly to say, ego and pride of a person, always stop him or her from acknowleging their ignorance and further close the door of wisdom.
Friends, brothers and sisters, listen to your inner voice. Your inner voice would not cheat you. The inner voice cries for deeper enlightenment. Your inner self is searching for true knowledge and wisdom.
