After long duration of giving feng shui consultation, I decided to take a rest for self rejuvenating this weekend. This is a very good feng shui place to stay in China. This place is also one of the retreat selection for China’s high ranking political leaders. China’s top political leaders have their own Chinese Traditional Medicine Practitioner for personal health consultation…. you can see most of the top political leaders of China are having long life span…. Anyway, my decision to stay at this place is Correct.

Since China’s opening to the outside world in 1980s, the economy in the Pearl (Zhujiang) River Delta (PRD) has been double digit growth,one of the top three in term economic growth in China. It has been known as one of mature fast growth areas in the world and become the model and the hope of China’s reform and opening to outside world. Since the 1990s, driven by knowledge-based economy, the PRD has further adjusted the industrial structure and achieved good progress in upgrading the industrial structures. Its high technology industry has developed quickly and the economic internationalization has deepened, meanwhile, the region is going through transformation and some new trends have begun to appear, including the rise of university towns, industrial globalization and the construction of Hi-tech development zones.

Hong Kong, the Pearl of Orient, was very famous in 1980s. However, today, we hear more news and activities in Guangzhou rather than Hong Kong. Hong Kong was so powerful in term of economy before 1997. Today, the fame of Hong Kong is fading…..China, as the birth place of feng shui and now is ruled by China Communist Party. Apparently, the government of China bans the use of feng shui. Nevertheless, if you go deeper and deeper into Mainland China, you will be having another opinion about feng shui application in China.

After dinner.... we started feng shui audit....
It has been a norm to work after dinner … in China. It seems that the people of China are so hard working. So, after dinner, we started to work…. I was brought by one of my students to her beauty salon. The temperature of the nite was so cooling, about 12-15 degree celcius ….. Leading a group of 10-12 students… we went to this beauty salon. Basically, I have no idea about the business performance at the begining. However, after 5 minutes I told the owner that ” Your business is NOT good as feng shui arrangement is meant for MONEY LEAKING.漏财局

My examination on this fieldwork showed that this was the work of xuan kong flying star method 玄空飞星法. The owner showed me the chart and it is confirmed that the feng shui was based on xuan kong flying star. Originally, the business was extremely good. 6 months ago, the boss decided to expend from 1 lot of shop house to 2 lots of shop houses. Based on the previous feng shui master, the door was tilted… the water pond was specifically located. However, business is getting harder and harder…. In fact, from my fieldwork, this is NOT the first case study for xuan kong flying star FAILURE. From China to South East Asia to India and to Europe, I have seen too many of this kind of failures which are mostly done based on xuan kong flying stars……

Gulangyu “Drum Wave Islet” 鼓浪屿 is a car free island off the coast of Xiamen, Fujian 福建province in southern China, about 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi) in area. It is home to about 20,000 people and is a very popular tourist destination. Visitors can reach it by ferry from Xiamen Island in about 5 minutes. Gulangyu Island is renowned for its beaches and winding lanes and its varied architecture. The island is on China’s list of National Scenic Spots and also ranks at the top of the list of the ten most-scenic areas in Fujian Province.
My grandparents were from Fujian province in southern China. When Japanese Army attacked, invaded and marched into China in 1930-s, my grand father and his brothers decided to venture to South East Asia. One of them went to Taiwan, one of them went to Singapore. And, my grand parents sailed to Penang of Malaysia (it was known as Malaya then). My grandfather and grand mother were just one of many Fujianese couples arrived in Penang while Japanese Army ………
Today, I am back to Fujian province……. the root of my ancestors…. Fujian, the home to many many oversea Chinese throughout the world…… I arrived in Xiamen of Fujian province couple days ago due to business. I am able to spend some time in Gulangyu 鼓浪屿 …. to walk the paths which had been walked by my grandparents…..
Xiamen (formerly known as Amoy) became a treaty port resulting from China’s loss in the First Opium War 第一次鸦片战争 and the Treaty of Nanking in 1842, hence the predominantly Victorian-era style architecture throughout Gulangyu Island, where 13 countries including Great Britain, France and Japan established consulates, churches, and hospitals. Gulangyu was officially designated an International Settlement in 1903. In 1942, Japan occupied the island until the end of the War of Resistance against Japan.
However, the people of China are very positive. They know how to enrich themselves with many foreign cultures. Today, the prosperity of China is also due to western ideas and western modernization to certain extend…. China should remember that the rise of China is also contributed by the WEST…… without the western ideas, China cannot be what they are today……

In year 2006 and 2007, there is no sign of election. For the last 50 years, Penang only experinced 3 Chief Minister. Logically, there will not be any change. Moreover, the Then Chief Minister , Khor Tzu Khoon was very firm and strong before general election Mac 2008.

The newly elected Chief Minister of Penang is Lim Guan Eng 林冠英. No one could imagine that opposition party defeated the ruling party by more then 2/3 majority, set up a very strong new ruling state government. The new chief minister is famous for his critical and sharp comments. He always condemns his political enemies and makes them shameful and sinful…. You could check his character online by typing ” Lim Guan Eng”
His middle name is Guan 《冠》 means imperial crown. This is abosolutely accurate and in line with my prediction, a new chief minister from other state, from opposition party. This is amazing…..

This is Penang Island, viewing from Northern Angle and Looking South Direction. The Yellow Square is the actual location of Teluk Bahang Dam. The construction was taken place during the reign of Former Penang State Chief Minister, Khor Tzu Khoon. The Teluk Bahang Dam was built and completed in 1999 to provide an alternative source of water supply to the Ayer Itam Dam and the Botanic Gardens Waterfall. The dam has a height of 58.5 meters and a length of 685 meters. In 2004, 25th of June, I was interviewed by Oriental Daily 东方日报 and I had predicted the weakening in term of political power of the then Penang State Chief Minister, Khor Tzu Khoon， or even worse, would make the down fall of the then Penang State political power. Why? Because the Dam construction went against the principle of political feng shui…..
2005 nothing happened politically. However, 2006,2007, 2008 were the years Malaysians and Penang people witnessed a lot of political incidents, political issues and political threats happened in Penang State in particular and Malaysia in general. Year 2006-2008 were the dark ages for the former Penang State Chief Minister, Khor Tzu Khoon(he was the chief minister of Penang from 1990-2008). He and his party lost ALL seats in State level in general election 2008. It was a drastic political change in 2008. Prior to that, 2006-2008 were a political period we Malaysians experienced many political issues in term of ethnic conflicts and also religion conflict.

2005年槟城政府没什么大事发生。一年过去了， 大家都问我测对不对。然而， 2006，2007 以及2008年切如我预言般的一一出现. 身为华人父母官，却不敢捍卫华人的权益；宁愿民族收百般的屈辱，也不为民族发出抗议之声。如果你是马拉西亚华裔，你一定会记得 2006-2008这间发生了何其多空前的种族歧视的严重事件. 但是没有一个华裔中央或省级/州级的部长出来抗议. 因为怕丢官. 2006-2008年发生了许多种族冲突和宗教冲突。最后，华裔投下手中一票；将他和他领导的政党，一个不留 埋葬他与其政党于 2008年全国大选. 2008年，他的政权完结,如同我2004年的预测.
