（槟岛西南区25日讯）东方智慧研究院风水顾问孙锦煌预测，全国大选在今年内举行的机率占6成，上半年举行对国阵有利，下半年则是民联占优势。因此他说，如果首相拿督斯里纳吉决定在今年内举行大选，就要把握上半年的“黄金6个月”，西马及东马同步选举。“距离我国宏愿2020年仅有10年，意味着未来两场全国大选，是决定我国的未来方向及政治方针的关键。”他是于周二上午在“2011年辛卯年经济政治大预测”记者会上，向媒体如是表示。

Master Soon predicted that the first half of 2011 is auspicious to the ruling coalition (Barisan Nasional), however, the second half of 2011 is auspicious to the opposition coalition(Pakatan Rakyat).  Therefore, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Najib has to make use of the “Golden 6 months” for general election. Probably, he may consider to have the national election and state election at the same time.  From July onwards, the auspiciousness would go to opposition coalition.

On 17 January 2011, I arrived in Johor Bahru International Airport at 8am. The weather was find and temperature was around 24 degree Celcius. I used to stay in Johor Bahru for 2 years in 1990-s. I travelled to Johor Bahru from time to time after I had left Johot Bahru. The distance between Penang and Johor Bahru is about 725KM.

One of my old friend, Mr. Tan had fetched me up later and we started our non-stop discussion after more than 4 years we never seen each other. We talked about feng shui of Johor, Singapore and also business and market trend in year 2011. We proceeded our discussion to a well-known restaurant, Beijing Restaurant in Taman Molek Residential area.

As a businessman, Mr. Tan told me that Johor Bahru economy is badly effected after the opening of Casino in Singapore. Singaporeans are lesser travel to Johor Bahru for entertainment as pragmatic policy of Singapore has been loosen by allowing many forms of entertainments in Singapore itself, which, were banned last time. Moreover, more and more local Malaysians travel to casino in Singapore across the bridge. In fact, this has caused Johor Bahru in term of negative economic and social impacts.

Mr. Lee, the father and son are my new friend of this trip. They brought me to tour around whole Johor Bahru.

The next day, Mr Lee and the son fetched me from Grand Paragon Hotel. After having our lunch together, we start our one tour in Johor Bahru. We went to many places and building for feng shui analysis…. Mr Lee is a retiree now. He was a businessman and now his son takes over and explore for more internatinalized business….

In this case we discussed about the new layout for the new property unit. 2 Interior Designers were called in to have a face to face discussion about how to optimize the property from multiple perspective. Of course, Money luck and Health are 2 major concerns.

As per requests from the fans of my blog upon my female feng shui presentation in “Bella” Program of NTV7 on 9 January 2011, I would like to share the second sub-topic of the presentation for the benefit of the public and to the career woman in particular. In modern cities of Asia, women have contributed a lot and play a very significant role in economy and business world. We call them as career woman. This article is specifically I dedicated to single mothers especially, who also participate in working force and contribute to the growth of economy, besides spending her time in taking care of her babies and growing her children independantly.

Enhancing Career Performance Luck for Woman is at West. This information had been shared by Master Soon During His Program in "Bella" on NTV7 Channel.

It is still a fact that female faces many disadvantages in term of promotion and recognition. Female has to face unfair competition in career advancement, although this condition is improving. However, I have a good new for those career women in term of how feng shui could enhance your professional performance and further increase the chances of recognising your contribution in the business world or career field. As a metaphysician so many years, personally not only I believe that female is as capable as male, her counterpart; but also I have seen many real cases of capable females in my field work of feng shui consultation.

Female Feng Shui Series From Master Soon. How to Increase Career Luck and Ability of A Woman in Term of Competing In The Career Field Which is Always Dominated By Man.

In term of feng shui, there is a specific sector of your house could be fully utilized to enhanced the performance and capability of the female. The sector is the WEST西方. West sector is Dui Gua from Yijing perspective. It represents career woman and her performance. Ideally, there should not be a washroom becasue this would weaken the power in the West. Nevertheless, you could enhance and increase by making this sector(the west sector) in White, Gold and Brownish color.

You should avoid Red, Pink, Orange, Blue in the West sector. No blue, no Grey and no Black also.

Remember, you should always make this sector clean and brighter…..

Female Feng Shui 2011 Series - Financial Advancement by Master Soon

As the requests on my NTV7 program – ” Bella” about Female Feng Shui 2011 keep coming into my email, therefore, I would like to wirte a short article to share instead of answering email by email. I am going to write a series article about female feng shui from multiple aspects like career, finance, romance, love, relationship, fashions and anything related to woman.

Let me start this series with the first title : – ” Increase Financial Advancement for Female in 2011″.

In this aspect, financial advancement of career woman could be analysis at least from 4 pespective. And, today we are going to discuss about one of the areas, which is the Ability of A Woman to Monitor Her Financial Control from Feng Shui perspective.

Feng Shui for Woman in 2011. Saving Account Sector. This information Had Been Revealed by Master Soon During "Bella" Program by NTV7 on 9 Jan 2011.

In year 2011, Rabbit Year, the finance control of a career woman is at her house’s South West sector as shown in the above diagram. Methodologically, I recommend pie chart as the tool to draw your feng shui chart as it provide average methematical distribution.

If the storeroom or washroom is located at SW sector, then, this simply tells that your finance control of 2011 is going to be very weak. Why? Water Flushing out from the washroom would flush away your money saving ability. The Stagnant Qi in storeroom is going to make you to be selfish to spend for daily expenses for 2 reasons: either you are financially tight or stingy.

A pretty woman is always nourished and mesmerized by good financial position. An urgly woman is always associated with poverty… Although this statement is not correct 100% but explains the reality of our current society pretty well. Therefore, as a female, you need to back up and strengthen your financial status as it directly determines your self-confidence and self- image.

How to strengthen your finance position in year 2011? The solution is in the diagram and as below

SW must be dominated by RED and Brownish colour. No Green, No White and No Plants. Off course there are many more remedies in next article….
