I’ve been in this current role as I.T since Feb 2019.

I do not enjoy servicing/people pleasing, which is why I find this current role is very challenging as it deals a lot with people. There have been many unpleasant experience when dealing with colleagues ie backstabbing.

- Dragon(dislike to be commanded) &
- Rat(wanted to be number 1).
- Moreover, during the winter season…. it is hard for you to go around for people-pleasing.

- WITHOUT solution, your current condition will be persisting till Mac 2026.
- Starting from Mac 2025, the sun will normalize from 20% to 10%.
- Which the time frame from Mac 2025 – Mac 2026 could be very uncertain/bad(but still have time).
