Thanksgiving in Canada

Thanksgiving Day in Canada has been a holiday on the second Monday of October since 1957. It is a chance for people to give thanks for a good harvest and other fortunes in the past year.

Many people have a day off work on the second Monday of October. They often use the three-day Thanksgiving weekend to visit family or friends who live far away, or to receive them in their own homes. Many people also prepare a special meal to eat at some point during the long weekend.

On 10 Oct 2015, last Sat morning (Friday Night in Canada) from a friend ( and family) from Canada, sending me a short message to my WeChat as above in Chinese language.

They are the family that I have made friend to during my short staying in China randomly, from 2009-2014. Today, they have migrated from Beijing to Canada since 2-3 years ago.

I could remember that they had told me their plan about migration, back in year 2010-2011, in Beijing then. I had involved in giving my opinions in certain decision making about their plan, for example, setting up their business office feng shui in Canada, business logo design, corporate name selection, date selection for business opening, and other feng shui & destiny reading related issues from time to time until today.

This is one of the many migrating Chinese family (China natives & Malaysia citizens) where I was invited for providing alternative view (mostly from feng shui & BaZi destiny perspective) when they wanted to do MAJOR decisions.

This coming Sunday is Thanksgiving Day(in Canada). We are going to have 3 days holidays. During this meaningful Day of Thanksgiving, let me express my appreciation! Thank you for all helps you have rendered me! I will not forget this in my whole life. Although we are separated thousands miles away, yet, my heart is full of appreciation and thankfulness !!!
