Metaphysics is the futuristic study whose objective is to determine the real nature of future and its possible pattern of changes; besides to determine the meaning, structure, and principles of what is in so far as it is. Thus, the study of metaphysics  is popularly conceived as referring to as a discipline excessively subtle and highly theoretical to offer alternative views, perspectives, meanings, most fundamental comprehension of inquires, in as much as it is concerned with the reality as a whole.

The preliminary discussion of metaphysics is surrounding “The Unspoken Truth” , ” The Unseen and Irrefutable Truth” , ” Transcendental Phenomenon”, “Mystical Truth” & “Hidden Spiritual Mandate”. All these  are still beyond the scope of modern science due to limitation of contemporary scientific equipment and conceptions.

 

Metaphysics, is also known as a study of “ The Science  of The World As A Whole” and ” The Science of First Principle “, or whatever you what to call it. Yet, the very truth is that,  our human history has proven that metaphysics had again and again successfully foretold the world as per recorded in Bible, Al-Quran and many other holy books in respective religions.

 I have been self-studying Islam – Christian relationship, Crusader-Jihadist World View in various spectrum and horizon for about 20 years, besides went deeper into their theological differences.

Living in Malaysia(60% of population is Muslim & 9.2% is Christian), a recognized role model of Modern Islamic  Administrative Government among Islamic and Arabic World has given enough relevant life experience and meaningful perspective with insightful inspirations.

By having about 446 years of Portuguese, Dutch & British colonization respectively and chronologically in Malaysia, the West has also shaped its social structure and social change in Malaysia, including Indonesia.

South East Asia is the meeting point of many kind of civilizations and  cultures, like Hindu, Islam, Christian, Buddhist since 1500 years ago, and this continues until today. This kind of multi-culture and multi- racial life experience of heterogeneity, many-sidedness and diversity really mean very much for me to see differences and varieties without prejudice. I only aware of this strength after travelling to China, India, America and Europe for comparison.

I do not want to repeat Christian and Islam historic rivalries and contemporary issues like ISIS because i assume and respect those interested in this article are well-informed and equipped with sufficient knowledge.   So, allow me to go straightforwardly to share my view of how Chinese meta-physician address this kind of topic. Since this is a big topic, yet I will not include the detail of methodology but only the answers.  I break it into point form so for your smoother reading pleasure. The view is from Chinese metaphysics alone, excluding Islamic and Christian element to preserve authenticity and neutrality of  Chinese metaphysics.

2.  Islam starts to experience spiritual rejuvenation and economic recharging since 1990s, around 1996, while the West was daydreaming of their hedonism and material enjoyment.
3. The trigram of Zhen 震, where the first Yao/line爻 symbolizes underground movement in the Eastern part  of Western world which is in Middle East.
4. The Upper Cab of Zhen 震 is rain “ 雨 ” or Dui 兑 in Yijing symbolism. Dui 兑 is West.
5. The Lower Cab of Zhen 震 is dragon “辰” or South East Location in Chinese Luopan.

7. When you combine point 4. & 5., then; you would see Upper Cab is the Western World and lower cab is Middle East which is located South-easternly of the West.
8. During Period Zhen 震， The Dui (the West) is still in the upper hand(upper cab, the rain) and Middle East is still in the lower hand(lower cab, south east). This means during 1996-2016, the West is relatively dominant compared to Islamic World.

10. With reference to the world map above, Period Zhen 震 (1996-2016), Zhen is East(according to feng shui perspective). Middle East is located to the East of United State of America.
11. When Period Zhen 震 is broken into upper & lower cab; then, the lower cab 辰 is South East(according to feng shui), which is middle east from West Europe perspective.

13. This year 2014 is Jia Wu 甲午, the 31st year in the chart. Jia Wu is the Green Horse(where I did write many articles about it and Islam in Feb 2014 in this blog, you may check) is the turning point of 60 years in Chinese calender. It is the beginning of the 2nd half of  The Chinese sexagenary cycle (Chinese: 六十花甲; pinyin: liùshí huājiǎ. 

14. As 2014, Jia Wu means Green Horse, Eastern Green Horse. Since Green Color and Horse were associated with the Islamic expansion during his  earlier time; therefore, the establishment of ISIS in Northern Iraq in 2014 just fulfills Chinese metaphysical methodology is applicable to estimate the further resurgence of Islam in 21st century…..

16. By 2016, the final year of Period Zhen. It is Fire Monkey Year with Hexagram 40, 雷水解, Deliverance.  This means the oppressed would be delivered.
