Every Saturday, 8pm, the Hunan State Government would performance such coloruful firecraker show without fail.....

During dinner among 4 of us, one of my friends shouted and said: “oh, my god, tonite is Saturday… there will be firecraker show near river band. And this is run by State government. Master Soon, do not miss this weekly occasion, Quick, since we are very near to the river, we could run and hopefully we could reach in time “…..

While we were running towards the river band…. we started to hear the thunderous firecraker explosions from not far away….. but we our visibilities were blocked and could not see the explosions..

Row by Row, Second after second... Shoot........... Shoot.... Heading to the Sky..........

The nite was windy with temperature at 4 degree celcius…. the air was freezing…. and 4 of us run against the wind towards the river band….

One - Two - Three..... Fire...........

Bom.... Bom ..... Bom......

Where we reached the crowded river band, it was hard to find good position to take pictures. However, one of my friends shouted and proposed that” why not let us go down to the edge of the river…..Haha…. it was an exciting experience… we managed to walk down towards the river , where the water of the river was about 10 feet away from my feet. …….

This is a weekly basis activity in the city. Hunan Province is the manufacturer of firecraker in China, which is also the global supplier of firecraker. Those firecrakers imported by countries in South East Asia mostly come from Hunan Province.
