The property market in Malaysia is very speculative enough in tempting anyone to “Fall” into the cosmetic traps where the cost is paid by yourself. The attached picture of a prominent housing area in Penang. A property could be designed beautifully and with modern architectural features. However, any kind of interior design and architectural design at the later part of the construction procedures could NOT really render feng shui cure if the alignment and allocation of the mega outlook of the construction site was out from feng shui land form perspectives.

Bukit Jambul Area at the South East Sector of Penang Island is also famous for its medium to high- end property. Bukit Jambul is 5 minutes to nearby BayanLepas Free Trade Zone and approximately 15-20 minutes to Seberang Prai（just cross the Penang Birdge） Those manufacturers who run factory operation prefer to stay here for distance convienence.

There are 2 neighboring residential areas, namely Sungai Ara and Relau. You can see a lots of medium cost condominiums in Relau which cater for engineers in Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone’s factories. Whereby, Sungai Ara has many medium cost terrace house, Semi-D, Bungalows and Upper medium Condominiums.
