Kuala Lumpur Feng Shui Excursion 10-12 Dec 2011

Mid Valley is one of our visiting site for megamall commercial feng shui case study. The Auspiciousness of the biggest and most crowded megamall in Malaysia is due to external land formation, rivers, traffic and internal feng shui.We have discussed in detail about the feng shui significant at different points at this megamall in term of feng shui.

Famous Malaysia Giant Companies located along Jalan Sultan Ismail were also in our schedule. This trip focus on how to blend land formation + formula. How San Yuan + San He work together.

I showed them it was impposible to enjoy feng shui result if the master has no idea of land formation and quality of water & wind of feng shui, by paying visit to Malaysia well known corporate building.

All Grand Corporate Feng Shui Always designed their feng shui according to the topography and external land formation. It is very not comprehesive if the feng shui design has never taken external geophysics into their consideration.

Hotel Feng Shui. Why some of the hotel is not doing good business? Is Flying Star method alone is sufficient? The Anwer : Not enough.

We sat down for a break and open for further discussion, while enjoyed the tropical morning air outdoor on a hill in Kuala Lumpur.

Career Advancement 2012 (Part 1)

Career Planning Does NOT ENSURE Career Advancement. PERFORMANCE does not ENSURE Promotion. This is cruel but True.

December is the month of energy transitional period. Yin Yang would cross and blend each other during this month as Winter Solstice is approaching. December, is also just timely to do one’s career enhancement.

Each and everyone plans well for their own career. Executives plan for their careers, managers also plan carefully for their jobs. Even CEOs also do the same strategically for their career advancements. This is being done with the hope that they would get the salary increment in the coming financial year or a promotion. As long as career is concerned here, we are referring to those belong to “employee” category, which means the person receives his/her monthly pay check from a business entity or his boss by rendering his/her physical or mental efforts. This means, the term of “career” covers from a clerical clerk in Subang Jaya and operator in any production line in Bayan Lepas Penang; and from a CEO of an insurance company in Kuala Lumpur to a minister in Putrajaya.

However, the very fact is, we have witnessed many incidences and occurrences some may excel and labeled as “winners” and some may be classified as “losers”. Statisticians say that this yearly syndrome of winner/loser career games are purely due to statistics which must rule out the inferior from superior. The economists say that this yearly career events are due to recession and economic downturn. The corporate claim that this is due to “survival of the fittest” in world of business.

Career Advancement is NOT ensured by Hard Work and Efforts; but by many non performance factors like FENG SHUI

But according to my experience in auditing house/office/factory feng shui, I have a very different opinion. I have been invited to do audits for so many businessmen and corporate heads. As we focus on career, but no business, so my flow of mind would only focus on “career” or “employee”.

I have seen many heads of corporate losing out their jobs despite year long efforts had been putting into the company. I have seen many managers suffer from career “setback” in spite of their market intelligence and so called “well marketing”.

I could conclude points as below:

Career Planning does not mean Career Advancement. Planning does not necessarily ensure advancement and excellence.
Salary increment does not come from performance. Performance does not ensure salary increment.
Pay Check is mostly determined by NON-Performance factors which is invisible and intangible factors.
Increment is ultimately determined by state of one’s vibrational energy and magnetic aura.
Pay Check and Increment are determined by one’s residential feng shui POWER.

Have you ever seen any perfomancer does not get rewards/returns according to his/her efforts? yes, it is very common in working place.

Have you ever seen extraordinary promotion for average performancer? oh.. it is so common in KL and Penang….

Each of us have seen in fact the world of career is NOT operating on “equal footing”. Perfomance and hard work are NOT the factors determine your pay check; but some kind of invisible and intangible factors inflence and re-direct your career life. This what metaphysicians call as” Bazi”, “Luck” and “Feng Shui”.

If the world of career is NOT operating on “equality” and “tangible performance”, why do you stick to “hardwork” & “effort” ? Brother and sister, there so hidden rules operate at the back, rather than the what you see so far? The “King” will never tell you the true story how to be a king? The emperor will never tell you how to replace him as an emperor?

In the same way, the “King” of corporate will never tell you the hidden rule of their reign……..

In the same way, the “Emperor” of career will never tell you the intangible LAW of career ADVANCEMENT….

Water Fountain Can Make Your Money UP and Down

When Outdoor Water Fountain is built with elongated water flow; it turns into feng shui water dragon. By chance, it only provides 2 extream outcomes; very good or very bad. During the consultation, I had given many advices on various aspects of the property. Over here, I just pick a small topic out from the consultation to share with you all since you have been supporting this blog for so many years.

By looking and examining the outdoor water fountain, which was constructed based on certain location and certain spectrum; I told the owner that this water fountain causes you 2 basic outcomes:

First outcome : After the construction of this water fountain, you could see a lot and a lot of business opportunities come to your way.

Second outcome: However, you lost all of those opportunities. You won NO business deal.

Without hesitant, the owner replied immediately, I have shifted into this house 18 month ago. The water fountain is there since 18 months ago. During these 18 months, I really could foresee many chances to grow my business. However, all of the business ventures give ZERO return although I have put in lots of efforts. Which means you are true, Master.

The conclusion: the location and spectrum of the water fountain is correct at certain aspect of feng shui. That’s why the owner could feel and see the business opportunities come to his way. However, the water inlet, water outlet and various physical aspect of water fountain are dirrectly confronting the Qi of water dragon. This made him failed to convert the chances into tangible profit.

Tomb Feng Shui in Beijing by Master Soon

In October 2011, I was invited to Beijing for Tomb Feng Shui. It covered site selection and re-reading for an existing tomb. Two seperated tasks basically for two families.

This is the centre alignment of the whole cemetery. The site is carefully selected since 1997. You could feel the energy vibration when you stand in the place when am I in the picture..... Great Energy...

While I had time during the tomb feng shui audit, I stood inside the territory of a dominant tomb... There are certain metaphysical meaning for the statues around me.... Guess what is the implication....?

Feng Shui Secrets – Oral Transmission

It is a common illusion (distorted reality/false information) and faked observation that happens after a person dies. The impressions, images, symbols, concepts and teachings that live in the mind(comprehension and understanding) of his followers or associates; often DO NOT tally with REALITY to the person when he is still alive. With passage of time, many additions, ommissions and embellishments, solidify and unite into such a mixture as to transform the ORIGINAL person into quite another character and personality.

Hence…. it is NOT surprising that the accounts of the lives and teachings of the founders of any religions (leading figures of various religions should have undergone the same process as above. Thus, there are always different opinions among Hindu regarding true meaning of Ramayana and Mahabharata were actually written down. There are many differences among Protestants about how Bible should be interpreted. Islam also divided into Shiite and Sunni….. Buddhism in original place, India , already changed naturally to fixed into the context of various nation’s mentality in different places like Chinese Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism, Japanese Buddhism and many other forms.

The differences start none other than oral transimissions of knowledges. Each and every religions expereinced this kind of “oral transmission”(truths passing down by mouth) from Judaism, Roman Cotholics, Christian, Islam, Hinduism, Jainism, Shintoism and Daoism; just to name a few. None of the world religions escaped from “oral transmission”(truths passing down by mouth)….. None of them….

And, all of them also expereinced diversities and differences along the passage of time, while the knowledge was passing down trough oral (mouth)…. None of the great world religions could run away from “distorted reality”, “false information”, “faked oral transmission” and “mis-information” after hundred of years.

The fact of “denominations” existence among Christian, Islam, Hindusim, Judaism, Buddhism or Daoism proves that “oral transmission” carries HIGH DANGER on FAKED Information to suit vested interests of certain parties…… This is a fact and everyone can see with own eye… However, diversities and differences also tell that knowledge is “accumulative”, “transitional” and “changable”….. This is in line with the law of Yijing ” Change is Constant”…..

If a scholar claims that “knowledge is rigid”, the truth is static”…. “the info is fixed through the passage of time”….. I think he is going against THE LAW of “CHANGE IS CONSTANT”.

There are feng shui masters claim that feng shui truths only well kept at their hands; as they are having “oral transmission of knowledge”. However, they are also subjected to “faked and misinformations” , just like the way all great religions experienced.

However, in my lineage, we do also heavily rely on ” oral transmission of knowledge”. Yet, we do admit the possibilities of oral errors…. (this is logically, sociologically and anthropologically possible) However, in our lineage, we do have a few methods to preserve and counter check the “TRUTHS”.

Just to name a few among those precautions and preventive actions along my lineage, besides “oral” are as below

1) Practical VERIFICATION of land form against FORMULA in China and Taiwan at various feng shui fieldworks.

2) Theoretical VERIFICATION of Feng Shui Classic… ( This is crucial ……)

3) Prove your techniques NOW by Huge Result. ( This is basic requirement)

4) Prove yourself by successfully find 100 dragons spots ( This is mastery requirement)

5) Opening of Magical Power by Ownself….. ( this is metaphsyical requirement)
