When You are Divinely Selected….

Feng Shui is closed related to Daoism... where White Cranes are also associate with Dao and longevity

I am getting lesser time for my blog nowadays as services inquiries are coming from all directions, from Malaysia, Singapore and China……

There are plenty of field works pictures which could ROCK your world of feng shui and metaphysics waiting for me to edit and post…. It seems that Divine does not want me to tell too much about HEAVENLY dimensions as worldly people should be kept at their status quo…..

Conventionally, feng shui audit should be accompanied by compass as an indicator for direction reading… Based on the reading, then…. bla bla bla… This is conventional way… Today, I want to tell you that there are many unconventional way of feng shui audit which compass is not Compulsory. … I mean Compass is not compulsory … I do not say you do not need compass…. Why? Because Compass alone is NOT enough… Why ? When you are divinely selected….

Back in May, I was busy with one dragon spot searching in Southern China. We traced down the dragon vein not by compass…. but BY the power of DIVINE…….

The highest level of feng shui is DRAGON SPOTTING. All school of feng shui like XKDG, YGFS, QMDJ serve this purpose in term of time continuum and spatial dimension.

A date was carefully selected for dragon spot to ensure the phenomenons and incidents expected. Your date selection should be able to invite extra ordinary outcome and scenario. This is the real purpose of DATE selection. Can your QMDJ invite extraordinary phenomenons. If yes, Congratulates ! You are getting the real version… If you are hesitant with the verdict from nature or extraordinary outcome… your version is highly suspicious of the authenticity. All Date Selection must invite extraordinary outcome or ” VERDICT from nature”. Otherwise, you are getting a FAKED version of Date Selection again.

The picture above(tells how powerful and forceful the dragon formation, study the picture carefully) shows that we were taking the dragon formation from the FRONT view, where we were in the Table Mountain 朝山, approximately 2.5KM to 3KM away. This means the length of the Ming Tang 名堂 is about 2.5 KM between Dragon Formation and Table Mountain. How do you know that the place we stood is Table Mountain？ If you do not know Land Formation, it is very hard to explain. Even you spend your life time, you also may NOT know this simple truth.

My clients who invited me stay in this place generation after generations. Yet, no one of the villagers know how to figure out the dragon and dragons which are so near yet so far way from them…. This tells that if you are not divinely selected, your eye is metaphysically blind even though the dragon is so near to you… Again this proves the old saying : 福人居富地；富地福人居 ( Auspicous Dragon Land is well preserved for Divinely Selected Few who are having good ethics)

Again, this tells you that only divinely selected feng shui masters are able to trace and ride the dragon…. not those commercialized feng shui businessmen.

When I was busy looking and zooming the spot, the family members who invited me asked me suspiciously :” Master, how to trace a spot as the who piece of mountains are so huge and so far away….?

I replied: ” Do not worry… Divine is with us…” immediate after that, I pointed the mountain which is 3 KM away and I said: ” The Divine Verdict is coming 天意来了，天垂象以示吉凶了….

There were a group of white Cranes flying in a straight line … to and fro…. They flew at a static horizon to show me the height from the ground (of the mountain) that I should zoom in….. they flew to and fro for 2 times at the same horizontal height and the width of the vertical spectrum that I should lock…

Each and every times when I search the dragon spot and go into jungle, surely there would be others beings(like spirit, snake, turtles, dogs, birds, angels, golden toads, fishes, showing the way……and open the path… in this case, white crane appeared.

A feng shui master WITHOUT the power of DIVINE is powerless…..

The tomb( white) in the above picture is NOT dragon spot…. You would also find many tombs in this area , yet, 95% are OUT of dragon spot…. again, this tells you that Dragon Spot is Divinely Preserved for Selected Few…..

When Ever, I venture into the nature, there are always other beings come to accompanied me for my purpose... in this case, white cranes came in a group to show me the Dragon Spot

The family members were mesmerized by this scenario (white cranes suddenly appeared to strengthen their faith when they started to feel loss in the vastness of nature) ….. They even get convinced when we climbed up to the place on the next day.

Although I could see many grades/quality of dragon spots at this mountainous areas…. however, the divine had sent white cranes to show that this family should go for this kind of quality dragon spot….

As a divinely selected meta-physician….I fully understand and know this in my heart silently…. I should follow the flow of nature…. as this is the will of divine, I have to follow this as the KARMA of this family deserve THIS….

As long as dragon spot feng shui or even business feng shui is concerned, I, as a divinely selected meta-physician, always follow how your KARMA interact with Divine and how Divine tell me to do…. NOT how much money you pay me… because your money CANNOT move the will of Divine in my heart.

I have been quiet in my blog for a while…. This is because there are many exiting tasks need my full intention… my job now more become business strategist …. rather than purely as a feng shui master…. in fact all the while business strategies advice is also in my business feng shui consultation….. Sitting in my office today…. try to fill in my blog with a small article… just for your reading pleasure and to satisfy long waiting fans of my blog….

Executing metaphysical magic…is always part of my practice….. yet… I seldom openly discuss about it… or until the condition of your mind is ready for “Magic”. Are you ready for it? Is your mind ready for something which is beyond logic and rationality?

Now … it is time for “Metaphysical Magic”.

If I metaphysically turn you become a fish…. then, you become a Fish metaphysically.

If I metaphysically turn you become an Arowana, instantly you become the AROWANA in the fish tank.

An Arowana in the fish tank has no control of its life and luck.

Last month, A boss of a giant company in China suffered from business losses year after year, due to an high ranking manager who always manipulate the sales and tender of the company by siphoning the projects into outsider company which he does enjoy profit sharing. In another word, this is a company betrayer.

Year after years, the boss knows about this the fact but could not find the concrete proof. I was invited and it took me 5 days to verify the claim of the boss, after listening to a few parties’ version of story. And, the conclusion was : the senior manager is really a corporate betrayer. This is important to know the fact before “Magic” is being performed as Metaphysician is fully aware of Karmic circle and side effect…… I only could help you to energize your condition with magic if the TRUTH is with you…. I CANNOT help you if the TRUTH is AGAINST you…..

As this is a P & C, let me cut the story short. A few metaphysical steps were being performed (Nothing to do with feng shui) …. Within 4 days, all hidden agenda of the senior agenda were surfacing and exposed to all parties…. The company secretly worked with him also turn his back against this betrayer, senior manager….. now, he has no hidden place and admitted all his misdoings so long for so many years…..

A sum of money was agreed by the betrayer and pay back to the company as a compensation with the condition of no legal action to be taken against the betrayer.

Brother and sister, can your feng shui hook the betrayer just like hooking a fish….. If you continue to lock your mind with XKDG, YGFS and QMDJ….. then… you will never achieve this ability….

The Arowana is the mean I use for the whole process….. When I turn you into an Arowana….. you are just like a fish…

When I put the Arowana into a plastic with no oxygen; you are just like a suffocating fish in the plastic bag…

Of course you need the mantra and metaphysical technical know-how to perform a result oriented “magic”, which, you totally have no idea at all.

The boss agreed with me to allow the betrayer to go peacefully…. and I ended up to free the AROWANA into a river… with a mantra….. bless the fish to have a new life with good deed….

Do not be surprise with “Magic”…. If you study Chinese metaphysics in FULL, you surely would know very well most of the dominant ancient Chinese metaphysician commanded “Black Magic” as well through out the history.

Shanghai Feng Shui & Prosperity – May 2013

I was invited to Shanghai by a Finance Corporate. Immediately finishing feng shui task in Guangdong and Guangxi Province, I flew to Shanghai. With the rapid and fast moving economic activities, Shanghai people are very practical and smart in handling daily tasks and you would be surprise their corporate style is very different fro what I see in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur and Beijing.

Shanghai used to be the most advanced city and was a megapolitan city before being destroyed by Japan during World World II. Shanghai was one of the top financial hub before WWII. However, everything became ZERO after major destruction WWII. This was told to me by a corporate in Shanghai. Nevertheless, since 1980s, Shanghai starts to make his “come back”. Within 30 years, Shanghai has successfully restored his glory and now his is shining brightly and vibrantly and stand as high as New York as international financial hub.

In fact, statement from this corporate really caused me to compare the over sea Chinese in South East Asia with Chinese in Shanghai. Malaysian Chinese, Thailand Chinese, Vietnamese Chinese , Indonesia Chinese and Singapore Chinese were far advance compared to Shanghai Chinese before 1990s. Most of South East Asia Chinese enjoyed a much advanced and better lifestyle in Asia East Asia compared to Mainland China ever since the fall of Qing Dynasty in 1911 until year 2000…..

Today, as A Malaysian Chinese who always travel to various cities in mainland China for so many years, I could confidently tell you fellow members in Malaysia, you have not much improvement since Asia financial crisis in 1997/1998….. This year is 2013, after 16 years, what could you Malaysian proud of….

Year 1997 was a year for the down turn of Malaysia economy from very vibrant to moderate vibrant and becomes painfully vibrant………. ? you got the answer…

The corporate who put his trust on my metaphysical wisdom for his business alternative view; must sign more than 3 business agreements weekly which cost minimum USD 3.5 millions for each time he sign the agreement. This is the first time I was opened to the world of REAL corporate in Shanghai….

My points are

a) XKDG as top secret of feng shui is far below capacity when you need to advise world class corporate. XKDG becomes a joke in world of corporate.

b) I could easily confirmed that XKFS as a popular feng shui method is “rubbish” while confronting the rapid world of fast and huge sum of money.

c) It is an act self humiliation if you still believe blindly that feng shui formula in your bookshelves could produce world class corporate.

d) I could tell you that ” Dragon Spot” is the source of all POWER, as long as feng shui is concern in world of corporate.

e) Without Supra- Eye and Supra Sense to see the invisible, you are inefficient and ineffective.

f) It requires certain power which is beyond feng shui, be XKDG or QMDJ.

The actual content of all these issues, I will definitely reserve for my inner circle. Moreover, Divine is not for lay people…..

One interesting point is…. Mainland Chinese respects guru, sages, masters who could give them lights in their life…. they treated me very well and make me feel at home…. Similarly, I could find this kind of caring people in India during my feng shui consultation there. I feel equally honoured in Thailand when I was there….

HOWEVER, Malaysian Chinese and Singaporean Chinese who are mentally westernized cum materialized have forgotten their root… have forgotten the beauty of their traditions, have given up their forefather virtues and value systems; would treat the guru and master like treating his “money”…. hihi…. it is self humiliation when you treat your guru and master like paying a cheque for a service….

I could tell you that Mainland Chinese is having much higher spending power, yet, they dare not to treat his master like “paying a cheque for a service” ; This is very different from the feeling you got back in Malaysia and Singapore – ” Paying you cheque for feng shui service. FULL STOP …. haha…

You will really feel at home when Mainland Chinese engage your feng shui service and they treated you well with sincere heart. This is very different in South East Asia Chinese which treats you by ” PAY CHEQUE.

I am happy and grateful, I could really see the beauty of tradition Chinese values each time I visited Mainland China or Taiwan.

I was invited to audit a 3- storeys bungalow lot at The Peak, at Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The owner requested me to re-check the feng shui thoroughly before making the final decision.

The owner wanted the future house to be designed and dedicated accurately for each house occupants by referring to each one’s bazi. This is a serious work as cost of every aspect must be considered as well. Frankly speaking, it is a tough job since the building is 60% completed. What could be done now is “re-do” and “re-make” the remaining 40% and try to adjust the existing 60%.

Luckily we still have enough time and space to re-adjust the feng shui. The owner is very open for logical and practical proposals for feng shui considerations.

We spent more than FIVE (5) hours at the site to get a complete and through audit based on each members’ birth data besides land form feng shui.

The job would be easier if the feng shui consultation was engaged much earlier.

While the public of Malaysia is diverted to General Election 2013, there are few groups of Penang property investors and individuals move around to spot for their property investment, aiming after General Election property speculation. This is the current trend in Penang according to call-in feng shui consultations inquiries.

The past few weeks I also FULL TIME travel around Penang island with “them” for property spotting. Something will be happening in Penang after General Election in term of property investment.

If you are looking for a unit property for your beloved family, you are highly advisable to do your homework. You should be wise enough to verify and justify those information given to you by developers, real estate agents and even from property fair or property talk.

Personally, I have very different opinions about Penang Property Investment Prospect compared to those information provided by “authorized” or “trusted” business entities or agency.

As a house buyer in Penang ,what you should do are as below :

know your budget and your property holding power
know your dreamed location vs affordable location
know the housing developer
know your INDOOR feng shui & OUTDOOR feng shui

I have seen many families become worse after shifting into their NEW HOUSE. Some get serious illness like cancer, others suffer from economic hardship. Brothers and sisters, the COST of the property advertisements, marketing and publicity cosmetics to seduce your buying desire, is from your own pocket. You pay those costs to seduce yourself, which ultimately tempted you to engaged in “Wrong” and ” Worst” property purchase.

The property market in Malaysia is very speculative enough in tempting anyone to “Fall” into the cosmetic traps where the cost is paid by yourself. In another words, the old buyers who are already being trapped by serving the high and huge loan are paying/sponsoring the cost of cosmetic property advertisements to seduce the new buyers….. This is where the game of property in Malaysia being played…. again and again….

Nevertheless, you still need a place to called your ” HOME”. Therefore, you still need to buy one for you and your family. Yet, you need to be careful about house unit selection, house row selection, house area selection and also OUTDOOR and INDOOR feng shui selection.
