While the public of Malaysia is diverted to General Election 2013, there are few  groups of Penang property investors and individuals move around to spot for their property investment, aiming after General Election property speculation.  This is the current trend in Penang according to call-in feng shui consultations inquiries.

The past few weeks I also FULL TIME  travel around  Penang island with “them” for property spotting. Something will be happening in Penang after General Election in term of property investment.

If you are looking for a unit property for your beloved family, you are highly advisable to do your homework. You should be wise enough to verify and justify those information given to you by developers, real estate agents and even from property fair or property talk.

Personally, I have very different opinions about Penang Property Investment Prospect compared to those information provided by “authorized” or “trusted” business entities or agency.

As a house buyer in Penang ,what you should do are as below :

  1. know your budget and your property holding power
  2. know your dreamed location vs affordable location
  3. know the housing developer
  4. know your INDOOR feng shui & OUTDOOR feng shui

I have seen many families become worse after shifting into their NEW HOUSE. Some get serious illness like cancer, others suffer from economic hardship.  Brothers and sisters, the COST of  the property advertisements, marketing and publicity cosmetics to seduce your buying desire, is from your own pocket. You pay those costs to seduce yourself, which ultimately tempted you to engaged in “Wrong” and ” Worst” property purchase.

The property market in Malaysia is very speculative enough in tempting anyone to “Fall” into the cosmetic traps where the cost is paid by yourself. In another words, the old buyers who are already being trapped by serving the high and huge loan are paying/sponsoring the cost of cosmetic property advertisements to seduce the new buyers….. This is where the game of property in Malaysia being played…. again and again….

Nevertheless, you still need a place to called your ” HOME”. Therefore, you still need to buy one for you and your family.  Yet, you need to be careful about house unit selection, house row selection, house area selection and also OUTDOOR and INDOOR feng shui selection.

Feng Shui Supporting Wall @ 03 March 2013

On 03 March 2013, I was invited for feng shui by a terrace house owner in Penang. The current market price of the house is around RM800,000/-

I would like to share one issue out of our findings. There is about Feng Shui Supporting Wall for terrace house. In all landed properties, there is a “Feng Shui Supporting Wall” . In this case, a picture with lake and fish feature was hung on this wall.

  • There should not be a picture with ” lake or water” symbol at Feng Shui Supporting Wall.
  • The length of the picture should be proportionally 60%-70% of the wall’s length.

However, this is just a very minor issue in home feng shui enhancement……..

other issues of this audit are treated as P & C of the client….
