After finishing feng shui at 10 Islands Resort in Batu Ferringhi in the North of Penang island on 14 Feb, I turned up for an appointment of feng shui audit on the next day (15 Feb 2013) at Sunway Bukit Gambier at the East of Penang Island.

It is still the 6th day of Chinese New Year…. Penang Chinese could not wait any longer to evaluate their semi D at Sunway Bukit Gambier as they are planning to renovate the house as soon as possible. From yesterday (Valentine Day) onward I have to resume my consultation as Malaysia & Singapore Chinese who engage my service are expecting something different from year of SNAKE.

This time, the property owner engaged a professional interior designer to attend to me for taking details of feng shui enhancements. The owner is a successful business in Northern Malaysia. He wanted Year of Snake would bring MORE financial returns and more offspring…..

Therefore, a well know interior designer was called in to make sure the property would be renovated and designed in FULL feng shui enhancement.

Brothers and sisters, you would never know how Chinese Businessmen are so “serious” about feng shui. None of them never tell you they have applied feng shui yet, many years of feng shui consultations, I could assure you…. MOST of successful Chinese Businessmen make use of feng shui silently…..

Since the compound is big enough, and WATER DRAGON is in the package the owner requested…. therefore, External Qi and Rain water are all ready to be MANIPULATED towards the benefit of the owner…..

The consultation finished after 2 hours….. Going home take a rest … as the next day I have another appointment in Singapore on 16 Feb 2013…..

Bungalow Feng Shui on 29 Nov 2012

On 29 Nov 2012, I attended to a boss who is busy with his esteemed bungalow renovation, which is expected to start major renovation within 10 days from now.  This is feng shui consultation for a sizable bungalow double storey in a well-known of Penang’s prestigious residential area, which is having the most concentrated of wealthy family in Penang.

The renovation proposal has been approved( where I have involved since months ago) by Penang City Council and now we have entered to the second phase of work – to kick of the bungalow renovation. The key issue here was quite serious –  to counter check  the details on the architectural plan vs feng shui set up ( this was NOT the first site visit).

In order to make sure all architecural designs are in accordance to  what  I had set for them before, now, I need to counter check every single details from section to section. It is a serious  responsibility as the client has pledged his trust to me. It is my duty to make sure all members of the family are in place with feng shui set up.

From this feng shui set up, I am expecting vibrant family auspiciousness for this family in the future. Therefore, each and every single details of feng shui needed to be verified.

While I am having my sabbatical leave in Penang for the third week, I would like to share something about Water Dragon Feng Shui.  What is water dragon in Feng Shui? I am NOT referring to year of 2012…. So what is water dragon feng shui?

When outdoor water fountain is built with elongated water flow, this turns and becomes water dragon of feng shui naturally but automatically; either intentionally or unintentionally.  So, now you have a general idea of water fragon feng shui. .. Good.

Today, I am going to show you a case handled by me a few months ago. I was invited by a millionaire (millionaire is very common in Malaysia, normally they are very low profile) to his house for feng shui consultation. During the consultation, I had given many advices on various aspects of the property. Over here, I just pick a small topic out from the consultation to share with you all since you have been supporting this blog for so many years.

By looking and examining the outdoor water fountain, which was constructed based on certain location and certain spectrum; I told the owner that this water fountain causes you 2 basic outcomes:

First outcome :    After the construction of this water fountain, you could see a lot and a lot of business opportunities come to your way.

Second outcome: However, you lost all of those opportunities. You won NO business deal.

Without hesitant, the owner replied immediately, I have shifted into this house 18 month ago. The water fountain is there since 18 months ago. During these 18 months, I really could foresee many chances to grow my business. However, all of the business ventures give ZERO return although I have put in lots of efforts. Which means you are true, Master.

The conclusion: the location and spectrum of the water fountain is correct at certain aspect of feng shui. That’s why the owner could feel and see the business opportunities come to his way.  However, the water inlet, water outlet and various physical aspect of water fountain are dirrectly confronting the Qi of water dragon. This made him failed to convert the chances into tangible profit.
