根据儒家的观点，“君子”与“小人”之间似乎应黑白分明、势不两立。

然而《周易》则主张“君子”与“小人”之间应彼此接纳、和谐共处。

阴阳观是《周易》中的至关重要思想，要言之，阴阳观核心精神就是“一阴一阳之谓道”（《易·系辞上》）。

“一阴一阳’包含两层意思，一是指阴阳之间的对待，二是指阴阳之间的流行。
-
第一，阴阳之间的对待是指双方是对立的但又彼此需要对方；一旦对方消失了，那我方也无法生存，而进入馄饨、混乱幽冥的太初(危险而杂乱局面)。也是说如果你对敌方赶尽杀绝，不留余地，那你本人的衰败也不远了,自我灭亡的时日，指日可待。

这阴阳之间对待的道理，好比马来西亚的穆斯林和非穆斯林。谁也缺不了谁，穆斯林和非穆斯林都在经济和政治上互相需要支持而共存。《周易》的阴阳观认为对立而互相需要，矛盾而统一的。虽然有分歧，然而整体依旧是统一的，这就是阴阳观里的 阴阳之间对待的智慧。

一旦将对方消灭殆尽，我方也随对方的消失，造成全盘失去平衡而堕入黑暗馄饨局面而无法存。此后，必有全新的局面浮出台面，而展开全新的阴阳。

这是否意味着一旦巫统失去政权，国家宪法必然受到挑战而修改；进入新纪元。这个新纪元是伊斯兰教的纪元呢； 还是其他新政治格局，读者心里有数。

第二，阴阳之间的流行是指在固定的时间段里有阳盛阴衰；谋时候是阴盛阳衰。也是说兴旺衰败是轮流，那么消亡败绝就可以避免。

这是指命运有起落，有波动，有起伏，有兴旺，有衰败。然而起落兴衰不是永恒的，而是有季节性，有次序性的波动和起伏转换。

这是指有时你兴旺，有时对方兴旺；有时你衰败，有时对方衰败，既是俗语说风水轮流转。
-
天地人物，莫不有阴阳，莫不受一阴一阳的支配，因而易道就是贯穿天地人物的总规律。”

宇宙万物只有遵循这种既互相对立又相互转化的规律运行；才能获得顺畅完美的发展。

否则，则引发各种祸乱的可能性是非常之高的。

《周易》阴阳观认为整个世界是以‘一阴一阳’为根基的，一个互相反对，互相成就的有机统一体。
-
在《周易》阴阳观看社会世界，只有在互相反对的双方贯通、联结、合作、平衡、统一的情况下，事物才可能得到顺利地发展”，

只有这种平衡统一才能给世界带来安宁和快乐。

相反，平衡统一的破坏必然要引起各种祸乱。
