Penang Sunway Bukit Gambier 3 storey Feng Shui by Master Soon
After finishing feng shui at 10 Islands Resort in Batu Ferringhi in the North of Penang island on 14 Feb, I turned up for an appointment of feng shui audit on the next day (15 Feb 2013) at Sunway Bukit Gambier at the East of Penang Island.
It is still the 6th day of Chinese New Year…. Penang Chinese could not wait any longer to evaluate their semi D at Sunway Bukit Gambier as they are planning to renovate the house as soon as possible. From yesterday (Valentine Day) onward I have to resume my consultation as Malaysia & Singapore Chinese who engage my service are expecting something different from year of SNAKE.
This time, the property owner engaged a professional interior designer to attend to me for taking details of feng shui enhancements. The owner is a successful business in Northern Malaysia. He wanted Year of Snake would bring MORE financial returns and more offspring…..
Therefore, a well know interior designer was called in to make sure the property would be renovated and designed in FULL feng shui enhancement.
Brothers and sisters, you would never know how Chinese Businessmen are so “serious” about feng shui. None of them never tell you they have applied feng shui yet, many years of feng shui consultations, I could assure you…. MOST of successful Chinese Businessmen make use of feng shui silently…..
Since the compound is big enough, and WATER DRAGON is in the package the owner requested…. therefore, External Qi and Rain water are all ready to be MANIPULATED towards the benefit of the owner…..
The consultation finished after 2 hours….. Going home take a rest … as the next day I have another appointment in Singapore on 16 Feb 2013…..

We spent nearly 2 hours for this audit. In fact, The husband has been following my blog for years. They attended one of my feng shui talk back in 2010…… and keep track with info from this blog….. since then they tried to pick up feng shui tips and knowledge from my blog. Based on those ideas they spent almost 24 months to select an auspicious property for themselves and their future children. ……..
10 Island Resort is situated at Batu Ferringhi, Penang, is a residential masterpiece that offers a hilly resort lifestyle – 10 Island Resort. This condominium development faces the ocean coast and is backed by green hills so residents can enjoy panoramic ocean view as well as lush greenery. While a full range of amenities are available within the development, other modern conveniences are just a short drive away.
The 10 Island Resort condominiums have built-up areas ranging between 1,100 sq ft and 3,200 sq ft, while the built-up for the resort villas ranges between 3,850 sq ft and 4,250 sq ft. The price of the condominiums starts from RM600,000 onwards, while the resort villas are tagged between RM1.8mil and RM2.3mil.

On 8 Feb 2013, just 2 days before Chinese New Year 2013, I was invited by a family in Bayan Lepas for Feng Shui 2013.
The family is from Middle Income Group and work in Multi-National Company(MNC) in Bayan Lepas Free Trade Zone of Penang. The husband is an engineer and the wife is at managerial post in MNC. They have 4 kids.
The main issues here :

Besides, using feng shui (Geomantics) to boost the family luck and career luck, you could see the husband is very supportive and dedicated to the family. And the wife, who is at mid of 30-s , with 4 kids, yet, she is still holding dominant post in a well-known MNC. In Malaysia and Singapore, Chinese families which have double incomes(husband and wife) are very common. This is due to urbanization and modernization of Chinese community.

I was caught in surprise by a phone call in Jan 2013 from Mr. C after 18 months of feng shui audit back in Aug 2011. Mr. C only called up a few times and text me during his condo renovation back in 2011. I could remember his text and calls as he always text me to verify his feng shui back in year 2011.
The feng shui request back in 2011 were:
a) Main concern was to get baby as the couple wanted a baby
b) The second concern was to get Career Advancement
Mr C did not call me up in year 2012. Normally this is a good sign of smooth life…..
In Jan 2013, Mr C called me up and wanted to invite me to audit his new condo…. (after 18 months)
During our meeting at new Condo, this couple gave me another surprise. Mr.& Mrs. C told me these statements.

I was invited to Setia Alam @ Shah Alam, Selangor , Malaysia on 25 Jan 2013 for residential feng shui. After fetching me from airport at 9:50am, the couple brought me straight to their house at Setia Alam.
The couple are typical Kuala Lumpur middle income group. Both of them are professional in their respective career by holding managerial post. They have a kid at home, their parents and a maid. This is kind of middle income group life style in Kuala Lumpur where you could see having foreign maid (Philippine) to take care of housework.
To maintain this kind of life style and residential area means minimum monthly income should more than RM10,000/-.
So, the issue here, as usual, to make sure everything is find in 2013, lifestyle must be maintained and income must be enhanced for better future. Therefore, I was called in for residential feng shui 2013.

We had addressed many issues during the visit. However, I just could only reveal a few basic feng shui defects for public reference due to P & C issue.
The first problem is with the design of the pillar in the house CENTER Palace. In year 2013, this kind of physical pillar design MUST be avoided.
Even, before 2013, this kind of design causes “narrow mindedness”.
This is a general feng shui principle…. Thou should not dig and deepen the center palace of your house.
Moreover, the deepening squarish area are filled with many black-white stones. This symbolizes putting burden into one’s heart DAILY.

On top of the pillar, the big round shape wall clock was hang as what you could see at the right hand side.
From Yijing perspective, clock is Qian trigram 乾 卦 symbolizes the xxxx of the house.
The clock was looking backwards to the sitting of the house and seeing the back door.
The feng shui implications were :
a) The residents were always” looking back” instead of looking forwards…. Loking backwards means “BACKWARDS” … Looking BACK DOOR means ………………..
b) The Pillar is narrower compare to the diameter of the clock. This means NO Enough support. The support is weak…
c) Hanging Wall clock in the center pillar means ” Crucifixion” 被钉十字架. This means to be blamed, to be sacrificed ……
The clock on the center pillar is similar to the HEAD (Qian Trigram). Crucifixion means to be blamed, to be sacrificed.... This is metaphysics....

January 2013 is also a busy month as Chinese New Year is approaching. Many Chinese are busy with their home feng shui set up as a preparation for year 2013. Besides teaching on Saturday, weekdays are the time to meet up those friends and clients who call up for feng shui 2013. To me, January is the month with full of Chinese meal invitations from old clients and also old friends.
On 11 Jan 2013, Mr. & Mrs B called me up for “feng shui lunch”. I have been knowing this caring and sincere couple since mid of 2010. It is about 31 months I get to know this loving couple. They are young, energetic and I would say this couple is courteous and harmonious.

And, they wanted to make sure who kind of feng shui could boost their profitability continuously in year 2013.
