Metaphysical Empowerment is very important to get a result oriented feng shui enhancement. Unfortunately, this part is missing in feng shui market.

Recently we have a feng shui case. We did OUTDOOR metaphysical enhancements. You could never learn this from books. Feng Shui courses never teach about this as the feng shui lecturers have no idea about metaphysical enhancement except “formula” to be calculated by number on paper.

REAL Feng Shui Vs Fake Feng Shui

This Hotel in China is so successful by using WATER.....

This is a feng shui water fountain in one of the hotel of China. I decided to share this picture (plenty of real feng shui pictures I have) after receiving a letter from one of my blog supporters. He requested me to advise him some confusions he got from other practitioner. His question about “Water, Bazi and Effects”. Years of feng shui industry involvements, I conclude that the old classic of feng shui had explained pretty well about the usage of water in harnessing and enhancing one’s luck.

He emailed and asked:

Question 1:

not compulsory to have a water fountain unless for short turnovers of which you will need to pay back…Qi stimulating is a method for short term gain… such increase in opportunity would means to hasten auspiciousness in the expense that when the person’s luck make a dive, such dive would be doubled in effects. It all boils down to the “balance sheet” of one’s Bazi.”

My Answer:

water fountain is not compulsory, yet, water flow in form of Qi (proven masters know my hidden meaning) is compulsory.
“short turnovers” statement reveals that he has no idea about how to integrate Land Form and “suck in the Qi”, so, to him, his feng shui is short term, which from the eye of proven masters, he has not completed his feng shui study.
“pay back”? his idea of “pay back” shows that he has no idea about how to MAKE USE of Law of the Earth. The energy of Earth is abundance, plentiful and oversufficient. If one knows “dragon spot”, definately he would not say “pay back”. “Dragon Spot” is super powerful. However, not everyone know what “dragon spot” is about.
“Pay back” means your feng shui techniques are insufficient,incomplete and inadequate or deficient.
“short term gain” concept? this only tells that one has no ideas about how to keep, to tap, to harness the Qi away from short term gain suffering with proven feng shui techniques. This only tells that he miss out REAL feng shui.
“such dive would be doubled in effects”? yes, becasue one has no idea about “dragon spot”.
boils down to the “balance sheet” of one’s Bazi. Bazi and feng shui would not clash each other. 八字与风水是并行的.Your bazi and feng shui are always going hand in hand. Bazi and feng shui run concurrently and simultaneously in the same wave length and same pattern. Your luck would not change until you have seen me who has REAL feng shui with REAL power to re-direct your destiny.

Conclusion:

1) Water although not compulsory but essential. There are certain techiques and methods to substitute “water” with master soon secrets.

2) Real feng shui gets power and energy from Earth (Land). Not from your bazi. After all, human bazi is nearly “zero” power compared to Mother Earth.

3) Whoever trying to suck Qi from personal Bazi (your given quantity of natural energy) surely faces problem/trouble becasue he has no idea about real feng shui and dragon spot. In fact, your bazi (your physical or bodily enery) is fix 定数. However, the Mother Earth is very mighty powerful and superior compare to your own BAZI.

4) One day when you know REAL feng shui and Dragon Spot, then, you will never stick to using/retriving energy from BAZI for feng shui. Then, you will go for superior power, Mother Earth (Law of the Earth) for energy enhancement, rather than, manipulating and hurting yourself by extracting Qi from your Bazi.

5) REAL feng shui make sure of Earth energy to harness your good self (bazi); instead of extracting/ taking energy from your own energy limited bazi (date of birth)

Nengren Temple on Baiyun Mountain, Guangzhou

The Nengren Temple, located on Baiyun Mountain, Guangzhou. It was first built in the reigns of Emperors Xian Feng(1850-1861) and Tong Zhi (1861-1875) of the Qing Dynasty. In its early days, the temple attracted a lot of worshippers, but was destroyed during the War of Resistance against Japan. Guangzhou Feng Shui 2 – Hong Kong & Macau

Although Hong Kong & Macau are famous internationally, however, these 2 cities are just play the role as Left Right "Body Guard" of Water Mouth to Guangzhou. Hong Kong and Macau were just fishing villages before the arrival of Portuguese and later English in 16th & 17th century, while, Guangzhou has been a township since 2000 years ago...........

THE BACKGROUND OF 2 “BODY GUARD” OF GUANGZHOU 广州左青龙右白虎之历史北景

Portuguese merchants settled in Macau and governed themselves since the time of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644 AD), first establishing a foothold in 1535, though Portugal’s involvement was only formalized by the Qing Dynasty in 1749. Following the First Opium War and the Treaty of Nanking, the emboldened Portuguese Governor made an attempt to govern the Chinese citizens of Macau, by expelling Qing authorities on Macau in 1846, but the Governor was assassinated. After the Second Opium War, the Portuguese government, along with a British representative, signed the Sino-Portuguese Treaty of Peking that gave Portugal sovereignty over Macau, with the caveat that Portugal would cooperate with anti-smuggling efforts against opium. The transfer of sovereignty of Macau from the Portuguese Republic to the People’s Republic of China (PRC) occurred on 20 December 1999.

The transfer of the sovereignty of Macau was a significant historical event in Macau, as it returned Macau to the People’s Republic of China. Because the transfer and the idea of one country, two systems were considered to be successful, the Macau Special Administrative Region, the Legislative Assembly and the Judiciary were all put into practice accordingly under the regulation of the Basic Law.

Hong Kong’s territory was acquired from three separate treaties: the Treaty of Nanking in 1842, the Treaty of Beijing in 1860, and The Convention for the Extension of Hong Kong Territory in 1898, which gave the United Kingdom the control of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon (area south of Boundary Street), and the New Territories (area north of Boundary Street and south of the Shenzhen River, and outlying islands), respectively. Although Hong Kong Island and Kowloon had been ceded to the United Kingdom in perpetuity, the control on the New Territories was a 99-year lease. The transfer of sovereignty over Hong Kong from the United Kingdom to the People’s Republic of China, referred to as ‘the Return’ or ‘the Reunification’ by the Chinese and ‘the Handover’ by others, took place on 1 July, 1997. The event marked the end of British rule, and the transfer of sovereignty of Hong Kong to China.

GENERAL

Guangzhou, also (especially formerly) known as Canton or Kwangchow,is the capital and largest city of the Guangdong province in the People’s Republic of China. Located in southern China on the Pearl River, about 120 km (75 mi) north-northwest of Hong Kong, Guangzhou is a key national transportation hub and trading port.One of the five National Central Cities, it holds sub-provincial administrative status.

Guangzhou is the third-largest city in China and southern China’s largest city. As of the 2000 census, the city had a population of 6 million, and an urban area population of roughly 11.85 million, making it the third most populous metropolitan area in China. Some estimates place the population of the entire urban agglomeration as high as 24.2 million, making it the 2nd biggest urban area in the world after Tokyo. The Guangzhou government’s official estimate of the city’s population at the end of 2009 was 10,334,500, an addition of 152,500 people from the previous year.When the migrant (defined as being present in the city 6 months or more) population is included, the city’s population is over 14 mln.

GEOGRAPHY 地理

Located in the south-central portion of Guangdong, Guangzhou spans from 112° 57′ to 114° 03′ E longitude and 22° 26′ to 23° 56′ N latitude. The city is part of the Pearl River Delta and the city centre is situated next to the Baiyun Mountain, which is locally referred to as ‘the lung of the city’ (市肺).^[6]^[29] The total area under the city’s administration is 7,434.4 square kilometres (2,870.4 sq mi), with the 10 districts occupying 3,843.43 square kilometres (1,483.96 sq mi), or 51.7% of the total, while the two county-level cities occupy the rest.

The elevation of the prefecture generally increases from southwest to northeast, with mountains forming the backbone of the city, and the ocean comprising the front.

HISTORY 历史

A city with history of more than two thousand years. The first known city built at the site of Guangzhou was Panyu (Fan-Yü) ( 蕃禺, later simplified to 番禺; Poon Yu in Cantonese) founded in 214 BC. The area has been continuously occupied since then. Panyu expanded when it became capital of the Nanyue Kingdom (南越) in 206 BC, the territory of the Nanyue Kingdom included what is now Vietnam 越南.

The Han Dynasty annexed the Nanyue Kingdom in 111 BC and Panyu became a provincial capital and remains so today. In 226 AD, Panyu became the seat of Guang Prefecture (廣州; Guangzhou). While originally referring to prefecture only, local citizens gradually adopted the custom of using the same name for their city

CLIMATE 气候

Located just south of the Tropic of Cancer, Guangzhou has a humid subtropical climate (Köppen Cfa) influenced by the Asian monsoon. Summers are wet with high temperatures, high humidity and a high heat index. Winters are mild and comparatively dry. Guangzhou has a lengthy monsoon season, spanning from April through September. Monthly averages range from 13.6 °C (56.5 °F) in January to 28.6 °C (83.5 °F) in July, while The annual average temperature in Guangzhou is 22.6 °C (72.7 °F), the relative humidity is approximately 68%, whereas annual rainfall in the metropolitan area is over 1,700 mm (67 in). Extreme temperatures have ranged from 0 °C (32 °F) to 39.1 °C (102 °F).

GUANGZHOU SUPER ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE 广州与其超级经济成长

Guangzhou, this southern city plans to expand its economy by 11 percent in year 2011 after reporting a 2010 gross domestic product (GDP) worth more than 1 trillion yuan ($152 billion). The ultimate goal of the development is to help improve the living standard of the city’s 13 million residents and make them feel happier living in the city. In his government work report, the mayor said the city’s per capita GDP – or GDP divided by the number of people living in the city – will grow by 10 percent in 2011, while the growth of per capita income for urban residents will remain at 11 percent.

Guangzhou’s GDP reached 1.06 trillion yuan in 2010, which was double its size in 2005. But the per capita income of urban residents only grew by 67.6 percent during the period, lagging behind the economic growth.

The city’s GDP grew by 13 percent from 2009 to 2010, placing Guangzhou among a small number of cities that have at least a trillion yuan in GDP. The “1-trillion yuan group” also includes Beijing and Shanghai.

To strike a better balance between the growth in GDP and per capita income, Guangzhou will concentrate this year on improving its industrial structure and adopting polices aimed at benefiting residents. Through continuous optimization and upgrading of the industrial sector, Guangzhou will accelerate its shift to the tertiary sector as the focus of its economic development.

Guangzhou’s service industry grew by 12.6 percent in 2010, accounting for 60 percent of the city’s GDP and contributing 7.5 percentage points to the city’s total growth in GDP.

“The successful hosting of the 16th Asian Games and Asian Para Games last year has helped boost Guangzhou’s international image. Guangzhou will do more in the years ahead to make people benefit more from the social and economic development we have already achieved in the past five years.”

The people-oriented government work report has been interpreted by many as a signal of the government’s determination to strike a balance between economic growth and per capita income during the 12th Five-Year Plan period (2011-2015).

Before I proceed for my opinions on Amber Chia’s feng shui, let us look into a few different points on the flying stars method applies into Amber Chia’s house. There are 2 contradictions over feng shui prescriptions given by 2 different flying star applications. The first controversial is about location of the main door. The second contradictory opinion is about the direction of the main door. The 1st master remained the original door location and door direction, which is Nine Grid Chart is relevant here to Amber Chia house as coincidentally her house shape is approximately square. Besides, he also proposed to put away running water at North Sector, which I also agree as Grand Duke is at the North (太岁头上不可动).

However, when the 2nd master came on the 18 July 2008, he advised to add an extra door at North West Sector. In August 08, Amber Chia started to feel pain in her stomach slightly. She told me that she was aware of the changing color and dying of the plant in North Sector. She flew to Beijing for business and publicity in November 08. In Beijing, her unbearable abdomen pain cost her to cut her trip short and came back to KL for an emergency treatment. She fainted and luckily her friend was there to send her to hospital immediately. According to Amber’s clarification, she was under more than 6 hours abdomen operation and, the doctor proclaimed that if she would have been sent 4 hours late to hospital, she would be encountered death. Amber Chia is a very polite and smart lady. She never reveals her condition until the very end after I have satisfied her curiosity of her current condition with prediction and description based on Yi Jing (I Ching) feng shui. None of us who visited her house were told of her condition before hand. She only confessed her recent story after I had finished my prediction correctly.

Amber Chia (simplified Chinese: 谢丽萍, traditional Chinese: 謝麗萍, pinyin: Xiè Lìpíng; born December 14, 1981) is a Malaysian model. She was born in Ipoh, Malaysia, but grew up in the city of Tawau, in Sabah, East Malaysia. She began her modeling career at seventeen, after being discovered in Kuala Lumpur, where she was working as an accountant. Chia gained international fame after winning the 2004 Guess Watches Timeless Beauty Contest, which was a global model search for Guess Watch’s brand ambassador worldwide. The win also meant that Chia became the first Asian model ever to win a top global professional modelling contest.
