I was in Kuala Lumpur in 20 June 2011, immediately finished my class teaching on feng shui module ONE (18 & 19 June) in Penang. I would say these few months are so tight up for me. I was invited my a friend of mine, whom I visited and audited his company feng shui in Dec 2010. Today, he has expanded the third business outlets…… I could see him differently as he grows along with his business expansion. A mindful businessman but low profile…..

We spent time in his new outlet for feng shui audit before major renovation…. talk about his business plan and also the outlet layout design….. after dinner, he called up his driver and sent me to Subang Airport…. as in the airport I have another appointment before going back Penang…

Mr. J spent a cup of coffee with me in Mc Donald at Subang Airport. Interestingly, I sent J to Penang Airport yesterday to take flight to come back from Penang to Kuala Lumpur after attending my Feng Shui Module One. Now, I see him in Kuala Lumpur in less than 24 hours…. schedule is very tight…..

Due to polular demand on Feng Shui Module Two, there will be a few feng shui enthusiasts and students pushing for a class on Feng Shui Module Two on 12 & 13 June 2011, which are on this coming Sunday & Monday. Feng Shui @ Yuan Xuan Chinese Temple, Hong Kong (圆玄学院)

I visited Yuan Xuan Chinese Temple 圆玄学院 [Yuán Xuán Xué Yuàn] in Tsuen Wan 荃湾 [Quán Wān] many years ago. The field work showed that it was built in accordance to feng shui 风水 [fēngshuǐ] requirements. I always encourage feng shui student to do field work to enhance their feng shui understanding because theories in books could not help you to see and experience real feng shui as the language itself could not describe the greatness of nature fully.

To understand why the temple was built in North South alignment, we need command the knowledge of feng shui topography, physical geography and landscape. All these you would never learn by sitting in the feng shui classroom. Frankly speaking, you would not be able to master the art of land selection and town planning if you only know Flying Star 玄空飞星 [Xuán Kōng Fēi Xīng], Eight Mansions (also known as Ba Zhai) 八宅 [bā zhái] or The Book of Changes (also known as I Ching) 易经 [yìjīng] alone WITHOUT the knowledge of how to integrate land form into Compass School. Why only North South alignment is selected but not others?

圆玄学院(香港)Yuan Xuan Xue Yuan and Master Soon

Firstly, you need to understand that Da Mao Shan Mountain (大帽山) is the Main Mountain (祖山) in this area Tsuen Wan. Feng shui starts from the basic geography knowledge but these are not secretive formulas. The building alignment was set in such a way to make Da Mao Shan Mountain to be its supporting mountain and at the same time, to receive the dragon force from this mountain. This Chinese Temple is located in the inner layer of the Tiger Dragon focus point. Generally, only temple, church or mosque are qualified to be located in the inner layer as normal residential house is not strong enough to receive the forceful power from the mountain.

From Google Earth, it is clearly that Yuan Xuan Temple is located along the spot in the ideal model of “Left Green Tiger & Right White Tiger”. This is a good example to comprehend how Form School is integrated into spot selection. By selecting the correct location, it means the feng shui audit and activation has completed 60%. This “60%” contributes the cornerstones and fundamental strength to the compass school whether be Xuan Kong Da Gua (”Secret Decree” or 64 gua relationships) XKDG, Xuan Kong Fei Xing (Flying Stars methods of time and directions) XKFX, I Ching, San Yuan Dragon Gate Eight Formation, San He Shui Fa (water methods), etc. arrangement or orientation. This 60% also provides the determinant factor to your land selection cum successful, effective feng shui application.

Why most of the time your feng shui activation does not give you the minimum result that should come along the way? Why XKDG and XKFX do not “fulfill their feng shui prophecy”? Why always “Feng Shui Messianic Savior” promised by Grand Feng Shui master does not born into that particular house after applying XKDG, San He Shui Fa, 3 Cycles 9 Period or 2 Cycle 8 Period ?

The apartments are located at the outer focus point as shown in Photo 3. Imagine if the housing estate is located in the inner focus point and the temple moved to outer focus point, the temple would not be as grand as you witness now. This tells you that land selection is an important factor in feng shui construction. There are ample spaces at the front. The building was designed to have grand Ming Tang fronting. By selecting the right spot, the whole building enjoys even bigger fronting as the temple is facing the whole residential areas below the hill.

However, If you see from Macro View as below, the typical explanation of [ Left Dragon, Right Tiger, Back Turtle Front Phoenix ] will be shaken; you comprehension of feng shui Dragon will be challenged. The So called – <Left Dragon – White Tiger > concept will be paralysed/powerless/crippled/handicapped/helpless/hopeless and becomes dead.

Land Formation is NOT about rigid concept of Left Dragon-Right Tiger-Front Pheonix -Back Turtle. It is a very comprehensive technique know-how.....

On 20th November 2008, I was invited to Amber Chia’s house for feng shui audit. I was informed that this house has been audited by two“well-known” feng shui master in Kuala Lumpur. The first feng shui master, JY audited the house early of the year 2008. Whereby, the second feng shui master, KH came to audit on 18th July 2008, after house warming. According to Amber Chia, Master JY mentioned that the water pond at North Sector should be removed instantly as Grand Duke is at that particular North sector in year 2008 which I personally totally agree. However, I do not agree to replace the pond with a plant which after suggested by Amber Chia’s designer, and this is the tree eventually cost “near death incident” to her which I will touch on later.

From my geomantic measurement and after identifying the center point of the house, it is noted that the main door is located at North West Sector. According to Amber Chia, Master JY did not ask her to change the door orientation as the way Master KH consulted.

On the 18 July 2008, Master KH came to the house and audited the house for the second time within a few months. According to Amber Chia, Master KH consulted that an extra door should be added at North West Sector to tap the “good feng shui”. Therefore, she added an extra door just next to the original main door as advised by him.

If you are a feng shui practitioner, you would instantly tell me the danger of having 2 MAIN DOORs at the same sector, North West sector. North West represents Money and Husband, if you know Yijing (易经), you would know the implications to construct an extra door at NW sector. At this point, I disagree with double main doors suggestion.

To my surprise, the 2nd feng Shui master did not pin point the harmful physical feng shui at the house which nearly caused Amber’s life recently, and it happened especially in year of Rat 2008!

Before I proceed for my opinions on Amber Chia’s feng shui, let us look into a few different points on the flying stars method applies into Amber Chia’s house. There are 2 contradictions over feng shui prescriptions given by 2 different flying star applications. The first controversial is about location of the main door. The second contradictory opinion is about the direction of the main door. The 1st master remained the original door location and door direction, which is Nine Grid Chart is relevant here to Amber Chia house as coincidentally her house shape is approximately square. Besides, he also proposed to put away running water at North Sector, which I also agree as Grand Duke is at the North (太岁头上不可动).

However, when the 2nd master came on the 18 July 2008, he advised to add an extra door at North West Sector. In August 08, Amber Chia started to feel pain in her stomach slightly. She told me that she was aware of the changing color and dying of the plant in North Sector. She flew to Beijing for business and publicity in November 08. In Beijing, her unbearable abdomen pain cost her to cut her trip short and came back to KL for an emergency treatment. She fainted and luckily her friend was there to send her to hospital immediately. According to Amber’s clarification, she was under more than 6 hours abdomen operation and, the doctor proclaimed that if she would have been sent 4 hours late to hospital, she would be encountered death. Amber Chia is a very polite and smart lady. She never reveals her condition until the very end after I have satisfied her curiosity of her current condition with prediction and description based on Yi Jing (I Ching) feng shui. None of us who visited her house were told of her condition before hand. She only confessed her recent story after I had finished my prediction correctly.

Columbarium Feng Shui 灵位风水

After the Feng Shui Module One (01 & 02 May 2011), immediately I need to fulfill a promise of columbarium feng shui to a client which has been postponed since last year. Yesterday I was in Taman Tun and Subang Empire in Kuala Lumpur, today I am in Penang. Time is so rush for me recently. Some of the enqiries I have to postphone not only due to tight schedule, but also due to the quality of feng shui (with good energy)I promise to provide. A columbarium is a place for the respectful and usually public storage of cinerary urns (i.e. urns holding a deceased’s cremated remains). The term comes from the Latin columba (dove) and originally referred to compartmentalized housing for doves and pigeons

On 3rd of May, 9:30am ,I met the family at Batu Gantung, one of the famous place for columbarium in Penang Island. Leading by the personel in charge, we went for a tour in the columbarium. To me, I am a regular visitor, however, I escorted the family to go around the area as they do not familiar with this kind of place.

Successful Feng Shui Module One On 01&02 May 2011

Our conducive Feng Shui Module One which was successfully conducted on 01&02 May 2011 in Penang. There were 7 students. 3 of them are from Kuala Lumpur, 1 from Ipoh. The class was conducted with traditional manner, one workbook of 100 pages was provided with the help of laser projector.

To make this batch of students(with feng shui background)….. we spent time for REAL DRAGON.
